2 teaspoons (10 ml) finely chopped fresh Rosemary
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) Fish Sauce , or soy sauce but fish sauce tastes better
2 cloves Garlic , minced
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Sugar , optional
fresh cracked Black Pepper to taste
Oil for brushing patties and buns *See Note 1
3-4 Hamburger Buns
1 Avocado , sliced
