im from the south and i hate to say it but Alaskan spot prawns are top tier haha they are just on a different level, but by themselves, gulf and spots are both great and unique in their own way just like our oysters.

Man oh man, I wish I found your channel earlier. I have a lot of family in the Biloxi and Ocean Springs area. I was just down there for our family reunion back in June. We do a shrimp boil every time we have the family reunion but I can tell you, there is always shrimp that won't peel. It drives me crazy and that's why I'm looking at channels who are doing shrimp boils so I can perfect it. I'm out here in Commifornia but I don't go along with all the commie things that California's bring to the table. Next time I'm planning on heading to Mississippi I would love to hit you up and do a meet up. I'm not on youtube anymore but I do post on Odysee and Bitchute under PatEwok. Keep on doing what you're doing.

If you are ever out of idea's...….even though we have seen shrimp or crab boil a few times, go ahead and show us the neighborhood boil, or a BBQ contest. I know your content is predominately "how to" a good vlog style video of your friends and family having a crawfish boil would be fantastic! Either way I always look forward to your posts and the content you put into them.

Thank you, we appreciate you watching! Sometimes I fill the 1 gallon plastic ice cream containers and freeze it to cool my boils down instead of the Boil Boss, and I have used it in recipes before, but a lot of the time we just dump it. It served its purpose.
@@SmokyRibsBBQ Just wondered because thanks to you and PS seasoning I am doing sausage at a very high level now. I think if you were to combine gulf shrimp, bacon, and boil seasoning in a casing you would have some magic!

Why do my boiled shrimp taste funny when I use the zadarains box seasoning.? They don't taste like when I get at a restaurant.
Restaurants are probably using a powdered seafood boil mix
