Мне кажется, или я сделала свой самый сопливый клип по самому несопливому сериалу? -_- Хотя...
Хотела в этой работке использовать больше цитат из сериала, но так и не смогла скачать "Декстера" в оригинальном английском. Оказывается, это не так-то просто)) Ребяты, если кто знает, где можно скачать оригинал, напишите пожалуйста :)

There is something about Dexter and Deb's connection I find extremely touching. There seem to be a lot of simpletons out there who objected to it or were grossed out. I guess they didn't understand the complex "relationship" the writers were trying to portray. I think it was the best part of the show. Great vid btw!
yeah they ruined it in last two seasons...Also they should have ended as a couple for many reasons and they aren't blood related so it would be fine
Mariose123 Agreed. The idiots who were calling the idea of Dexter and Deb getting together incest even though Dexter was only her adopted brother not her blood brother annoyed the hell out of me. It's because of them that the pathetic excuse for a character Hannah Mckay was created.
Dex explained it best when they had that conversation after she professed her love for him. He said that they had both been through the same traumatic situations and that they knew each other the best and were each other’s constant in a world full of chaos and pain. Given this, it’s not unnatural that they both have such a strong connection which led Deb to fall for Dexter. Michael C. Hall said something interesting in one of the Dexter Wrap-Up podcasts (season 7, ep 11) he said that he thinks Dexter is subconsciously seeking in other women what he’s always desired in Deb which is full acceptance. In essence they are both seeking either the same or the opposite bond in their romantic relationships, BECAUSE they’re relationship is so strong and constant. They’re seeking people who can understand the trauma that each of them went through.
It made complete sense to me.
Because they were married in real life , so we can see the connection & chemistry between them.
I recently finished watching the show. The finale was so messed up, it's been 3 days since i finished the show but I can't get over the death of Debra. I really loved her character in the show and I was really hoping that Dexter and Debra would end up together. It made me cry how they ruined the whole plot by introducing Hannah.

dexter was utterly compelling, its the only show where really cared about the characters. i loved dexters journey and growth as a character . i can only imagine i would be far more touched during the last 2 seasons if hannah wasnt brought in to literally ruin debster and dexter himself. i only wanted him to be happy. after spending 8 years with him, the ending is unacceptable.

Still one of my favourite Dexter&Deb-videos, to me. Love this!
I hope this new revival season can fix the mess of the last 3 seasons or hopefully obliterate them from my memory. After they killed off Rita the pace of the show changed so much that none of the characters made sense anymore. Not to mention I know a lot of people have an issue with Debra and Dexter developing feelings for each other (and incest aside - they're not real brother and sister but I can relate to the ickiness some people feel), and still I felt that storyline would've been the only saving grace of the show. Both had amazing chemistry and there was always a hint of something more than a siblings relationship. Plus, he's a blood dude moonlighting as a serial killer and Debra had all kinds of crazies about her, too. They've done crazier sh*t than falling for each other. They were perfect for each other, and after Rita, Deb was the only female that kept Dexter somewhat grounded so he wouldn't fall off the deep end and turn into a full-on psycho. Hopefully, getting the original writers on board can give a decent exit to this once-great show.

Да, как раз на Биттрекере я и нашла "Декстера" в оригинале) Правда, кроме 3-го сезона, его упорно нигде не могу найти.
И спасибо, рада, что клип понравился! Особенно после такой концовки... мне лично даже как-то грустно пересматривать клипы по ним. Шикарная могла бы быть пара.
