Totally get it about the awake past midnight thing, especially when a question pops into my mind at the wrong time, then half the night is spent dreaming up different scenarios. A sleep mask sometimes works for me. But hope you get it sorted out!
I screamed when I saw the Hello! Project poster at the first cafe. That whole event was crazy, though! Pandora and RV…so awesome! I really love their Japanese releases but Feel My Rhythm is my favorite title track so you guys definitely won in the set list! :) I also suffer from insomnia and basically, if I’m awake past midnight, it’s going to be a long night of no sleep. I have to take medication to get any real sleep at all. Loved the Hina surprising you when you got back! She’s such a cutie.
Ahh yeah I have melatonin and magnesium tablets but I try not to take them everyday. It’s gotten worse recently so I have to figure out a way to try fix it
Love Red Velvet!!!! + I also used to not be able to sleep at a reasonable time but I started using a blackout sleeping mask and it surprisingly worked. No idea why... I'm still confused why it worked. haha.
Red Velvet's 'Umpah Umpah' was my gateway song into k-pop. When I first saw the video I thought Irene was part cgi because no one is that beautiful, but Seulgi was my favorite performer (still is) in the group. I also thought Yeri was like 14 years old and I wondered why she was in the group, lol. It feels like SM hasn't done a great job promoting them lately. I hope Irene's solo project does well!
You can do a search for ADHD vitamins, and as someone else mentioned, it would be good to do a blood test, also check for vitamin D levels, and hormone balance.
I don’t know if this will apply to you, but I noticed some things will keep me up if I have them too late. For instance, I can’t have any caffeine after 7pm or I’ll never sleep. 4pm is the limit for a friend of mine. I also can’t take vitamins with vitamin D in it, if it’s too late in the afternoon. Also if I take too much vitamin D I’ll end up super wired, even if I take them early. It took me awhile to realize these things were keeping me up, so maybe just be aware there could be some sort of stimulant keeping you up
Ah so I think for me I don’t have trouble falling asleep, it’s just going to bed is hard for me. As long as I’m in bed I can sleep but I have energy at night so I don’t want to go to bed early 🥲
I hope you were able to get a good nights sleep once you were finished. Most people try counting sheep when they cannot sleep. Perhaps you should try counting.. Hinas :)

Insomnia can be caused by a vitamin or mineral deficiency. It's worth getting your levels tested to see if any are out of balance.
