Thank you so much for sharing your anxiety. I struggle with GAD and it makes me feel so seen to hear anxiety attacks talked about. I also feel guilty for not pushing through and going out, but it’s so refreshing to hear how you listen to your body and go home when you need to.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with anxiety when it comes to going to events. I’ve been going to Anime and gaming conventions for YEARS. However the year before lockdown I started started experiencing con anxiety and overstimulation even though I already knew that my anxiety is triggered by other situations. When I told some of my friends about that they thought it was weird. I’m so glad I don’t feel alone when it comes to stuff like that anymore ❤️ Also safe travels to Japan!!
