Boys really are super emotional and loving when it comes to their moms. My son is 9, and he regularly sheds a few tears for me. Just the sweetest thing in the world ❤

A child cries if they fall or are frightened or hurt or, worse, they fall out with a best friend. A relationship splits up. The death of a loved one (includings pets.) But smile, laughter, happiness, big grins at happy, proud or joyful news. Being overwhelmed with happiness when you hold your baby. Watch your adult child go through the major milestones in life. But when they leave for college/Uni it breaks your heart and you smile and wave and cry when they´ve happily driven off. In our homes if a partner or child or neighbour or relative cry... you know... something very sad or bad or dreadful has happened. You go to their aid. To comfort. To help. But now, in America. Someone cries and no one bats an eyelid. Here if someone sat on a bench or was in a shop and cried they´d be half a dozen around them. Asking, caring. In the USA 99% walk pass because weeping and crying in pubic is so common place and means.... well, nothing. So no, I don´t get it at all.

I stay strong for them but i cry alone. Huge accomplishments are emotional and special. Im ex military, a dad, and i was raised by women (momma and 3 sisters) Bec fuck the sperm donor. I am a tough and fair dad, but also don't want my twins to go through the abuse i have and saw. Ill admit being raised by women gave me a little bit of estrogen lmao. No regrets because i understand both sex's
