I learned the hard way on my first overseas trip that charging for entrance to a restroom is completely normal and expected in Europe. Not just the public ones on a street alcove; shops and restaurants charged as well, but at least with them they often waived the charge if you first bought something from them and could show a receipt to the restroom attendant.
Instead of a new coaster add another re design the coaster again. With possibly another layout extension, brake run two train ops. Less expenditure more profit. Then get another coaster when the old one makes more income.
