I have this robot vacuum and am happy with it. Didn’t want to spend $500. It does clean randomly but I don’t mind that for the price point I paid (under $200) I just put it in a room, close the door and let her clean for about half an hour or so. It eventually cleans up all the spots it misses in the beginning. 😊

The app asks me to select my specific model, but my model isn't listed, so I select the ION model group. After that, I am able to connect to my Shark through the app, but I have never been able to get my Shark to connect to my Wi-Fi. I am trying to connect it to the 2.4ghz band, but nothing. If Shark won't let their AV752 model connect to Wi-Fi, it's worthless to me. After over an hour of troubleshooting to no avail, I am fed up and returning it.

You have to hold down dock and max not dock and clean…. Absolutely stupid that they have not fixed that on the app

Late 2022: Yes, even though the app says to use Dock and Clean for Pairing - my AV753 responded to Dock and Max buttons.

my shark av752 asks me for a model I select the shark ion rv750 models and nothing ever connects

Looks terrible, mainly since it has to ram itself into objects as opposed to being able to "see" them. Doesn't look like it'll last long even with a bumper

This is normal for robot vacuums and they last a long time. No issues! But yes if you can afford better navigation then it won't "bump" as much but not a big deal
