Penn State to land its next player?
After a flurry of activity in the final week of June, things have been quiet for Penn State recruiting. The next wave of players will make their decisions over the coming seven days, and Sean Fitz has chosen one of them to be a Penn State Nittany Lion. Recruiting insider Ryan Snyder sat down with Billy Granville, the father of Penn State commit Max Granville, to discuss how Deion Barnes and the staff pulled an upset. The team plucked the four-star pass rusher from the clutches of Oklahoma last month, and some familiar themes cropped up in the conversation. I agree ohio st and Oregon clearly tier 1 in big ten recruiting. Penn st, USC, Michigan are tier 2. Just how it is right now. But hey don't fret tier 2 Michigan just won big ten Last 3 years plus natty last season 👍
I strongly believe Tennessee and Oklahoma are looking at the adaptability of Penn State's defensive line players since they can fulfill multiple roles and skillsets. Hence, why was James Franklin so successful at Vanderbilt with a winning record his last two seasons. James Franklin and the Penn State Football staff will do a wonderful job in recruiting.
Besides Penn State's recruiting, I really want to see Penn State face off against an SEC program (Ole Miss, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee) at Beaver Stadium in December for a College Football Playoff game.
