SEYCHELLES MAHÉ - PARADISE ISLAND & BEACHES

The Seychelles is an archipelago of 115 granite and coral islands in the Indian Ocean with beautiful beaches. The largest island is the island of Mahé with 154 km² with the Seychelles capital Victoria.
Even if the many other islands in the Seychelles, such as the nearby islands of Praslin and La Digue, are beautiful, Mahé itself is worth a visit. This 28 by 8 kilometer island offers beautiful granite rock formations, a tropical fauna, lots of white dream beaches and magnificent views of the mountain landscape to the coasts and the sea.
The best way to get an overview of the beauty of the island is to rent a car “Caution: left-hand traffic” or take an organized tour. We chose the organized tour for the first exploration to learn more about this beautiful island.
After our trip to the three most important travel islands of the Seychelles Mahé, Praslin and La Digue, we are thrilled. Unfortunately, we were far too short on Mahé. Mahé offers hiking trails, boat trips and much more that would fill a complete holiday. We will come back.
