Hi I don't play the release, but yes all healers can switch to full dps, I can't tell you which healer is the best but I think it's balanced and just the type of gameplay change, in the beta priest was pure healer with many aoe heal, when the necro and the bard are more single target heal with damage reduction
Well, Oracle is unfortunately quite far behind the rest, so it's not really usable, so if there's a Haste on equipment, it's a different story.
