Fantastic work Ms. Debbie! I am going to try your recipe but I am putting the dumplings in chicken foot soup. I've never made bulgar dumplings considering I have the same experience as you regarding eating bulgar/cracked wheat dumplings for lunch at school. I certainly remembered how tasty they were. As kids we didn't realize that they were much better than the bleached or unbleached white flour healthwise. Fond memories indeed. I went to John Austin all age school in Pennants, Clarendon Jamaica. I am curious as to which primary school you attended. You are a fantastic Chef and we are proud that you represent Jamaica's culinary arts on youtube. Keep up the fantastic work 👏

We had those dumplings at school though but they used to cut the dumplings. They also curry the bulgur.
