Just backtest for yourself and journal your trades and you'll see a huge difference. You'll understand where, why and when your strategy has a higher win percentage

Great video Ben! 12 years in here. Took me about 4 1/2 years of hard grind mode work to become profitable. I was still very nervous but the nerves calmed down slowly I'd say about years 7 and 8 and today I trade very calmly. Your accumulated screen time becomes so much that your confidence becomes so high that you trade a lot calmer. You just gain the experience. A lot of people have a system by years 2 or so but they don't yet have the amount of screen time to have high confidence. They haven't seen all the market cycles yet. I remember when I first started I told people I'm going to learn trading and said I'll get 4-6 books and it will take 3-5 months and I'll be there. Ha!

Been there. Drove buses for 13 years. New management came in brong all her power chip on the shoulder supervisors....after trading for 1 year and being profitable....gave them my 2 weeks. Best decision ever.
I'm also in my eighth year and have only recently started to see consistent results. One of the changes I made was to start cutting losses and better choosing pairs to trade at the moment. But I still need to work on my psychology because I put a lot of pressure on results, even though I know that the trader works with probabilities and has negative days/weeks.
