I’ve been using Just for Men beard dye for years to colour my grey brows. I use a toothpick to apply it. If you want to take more time, you can draw thin hairs with the toothpick. 👍🏻
I don't understand tye results.....does it dye your skin? And if thats what its doing can you still use astringent and scrub and stuff on your face or will that take it off? I'm very curious
I've been using it for years also, it works great! Lasts about a month. I put it on with qtip and wash off with face cleanser. It wears off by the next day. I tried petroleum jelly but that didn't work. I will try a toothpick next week when I do it again
Yeah, just a tip you guys might find helpful. Outline the brow shape with an eye pencil (as your template of where to fill in). Go on the outside of it with either vaseline or lip balm to prevent bleeding onto the outside of your template. Be VERY careful with the vaseline/lip balm NOT to get it into your template or guess what: no color there my love.
I’ve been doing this for years & I mix in equal parts of both (like 2 drops of each) & apply with a qtip. This ensures all brow hairs are saturated. Leave on for about 5 minutes or so & rinse. I do this about once per month.
This cracks me up. I've been doing this for years. I remember when they came out with the beard and sideburns dye. I was so excited! It's awesome for those with premature grey! I use lash glue to glue on a stencil before I dye my brows. It works great. I'm missing some patches and have little on the tail of my brows! It lasts for months on my brow hair, but not as long on skin, of course.
Oh, just an fyi. You can use craft paint to paint around the brow you want to use as a stencil. Also, this is super dark! I use lightest brown and get pretty dark brows!!!
BROWNE BABE thanks! It took me awhile to figure that one out. I sprayed it with some Elmer's spray adhesive and just let it sit for a couple of hours and it got real tacky and I would put that on my face but it just didn't want to stick very well. They kept wanting to roll up. Plus, it would stay sticky for ever after that. I could continue to use it time after time, but it just didn't hold down well. I found some elf eyebrow stencils that worth in plastic and the eyelash glue holds them down perfectly. There isn't a shape in those that I love, but it's close enough and the stencil Works nicely. It doesn't have a perfect shape when you're done, but it has a perfect enough shape that a pencil makes it perfect when you're done and do your eyebrows at the beginning of each day. I use ABH taupe pencil to outline them, the and just take a very thin and flat angle brush with a light colored Pomade and stroke a few hairs and I'm done. Sometimes I'll use a little fiber instead of the pomade. Covergirl has one I really like and blonde. The wand is very slender and the fiber is brown, not really blonde. They look as close to real hair as I've ever seen. I think they may be discontinuing it because it's so hard to find. I've got four or five of them in a drawer because every time I find one I pick it up. Both the Walmart stores in my town have quit carrying them.
I use regular eyelash and brow color, it lasts for about three weeks. I use black brown on my brows and black on my lashes. I leave it on for half an hour instead of five minutes like the box says. A great hack is to use a eyelash curler several times while the eyelash color is working, then you get a curl that last about a week too.
Cool! Ive died my brows for years but never thought about using the men stuff. I'm blonde and I have always gone with a fuller dark brow and it works for me. I keep the rest of my makeup very soft and neutral. I think your brows came out great!
I also have been using men's beard and mustache I've been using it for about 12 years. My natural hair color is light blonde hair. My eyebrows and eyelashes are very blonde. I use an eyebrow brush to apply it. It works quite well.
Beauty stores do eyebrow stencils. I got 5 different shaped stencils in a pack. They're made from plastic or more expensive ones are sillicone. I find it very difficult to shape my eyebrows so these stencils help a great deal.
The patchy parts, i found refilling just those parts and wiping off and doing this a couple of times until you’re happy with the look. I did this and woke up this morning not having to do anything with my brows besides running some brow mascara through them!!!!! I was so happy
To be honest this worked more than normalbrow tint. Even brow tint does not tint the skin it only tint the hair so this is so nice. I have microblaid which is fading so will try this. Next time put Vaseline arround so it doent tint where u dont need it. And it help to draw shape first.
priceless beauty my micro blade is two years old and looks like Shit. So hard to color over and won't do it again. I can't find a good tutorial about how to beat color it

I will be trying this next time I do mine!
*First off I'm a new subscriber!! Yayy lol! But have you tried any of the henna brow coloring kits? I'm a hairstylist, so my thoughts anyways. ... Id think the henna probably would stain your skin for a longer period of time!*
Hello when you put this product you must to put only water on your face in 3 days for Washing not micellaire water or oil product .because for this product dont go .after 3 days you can wash your face normaly.
Megan McTaggart it lasts about 3 weeks for me ... I have super light brows w/barely there tails & I use the med brown. Quite honestly, I got sick of paying to have them tinted ... I put Vaseline on the areas around my brows where I don't want it to stain ... I will say I have used the 1 you used in the video but I prefer the regular just for men dye w/developer. You only mix as much as you need; I've legit had my current box for 6 months & I still have a ton left
See that's what I like about it. I like that you can buy one box and have it last a while. I got mine tinted once too and I just did NOT feel like it was worth the money. I actually much prefer my result here.
Megan McTaggart that's awesome! I'm glad it's working for you. Saving money & having tinted brows last is a win in my book! Like I said, I've been doing it for years & it's worked :)
Medium or dark brown (Swiss chocolate/dark taupe) eye shadow with same tool she uses above. Every day. Soft, pretty, doesn't come off during the day and comes off perfectly at night. Takes four minutes or less to apply depending on perfecting your practice. The only thing that ever works for me.
I’ve once really really really underestimate this product and left it on for 40 minutes.. my brows were JET BLACK and I had to scrub my skin off. So yeah this shit works..
I have dark brown hair and have been using med brown Just for Men beard dye for many yrs now. It can last up to 2 wks, but fade some during that time. You want the solution light at 1st because once mixed, it's activated and starts changing color. I found that if you leave it on longer than the 5 min, the effect/color is darker. I use a toothpick and even cut most the bristles off the brush included to use on the brow, but now after watching this video, I think I'm gonna have to get me some new makeup brushes. I also found that if you work thru the hairs when applying the dye, it helps with the patchiness. Seeing your roots, dark brown would be perfect for you and then use the black to create the hairs. I wonder if a mascara brush would work to create the brow hairs and then just rinse the mascara brush off for next time. Ok, I'm just gonna have to try that...LOL

Hi thanks for sharing your video and I' m going to give it a go .This might sound a bit weird but do you have a little girl there talking away softly in the background? Thank you for this experiment! Who doesn't need help with brows, and less time getting ready! Definitely going to give it a try. I'll let you know what the results are. Great tutorial...brave woman!
I've watched quite a few of these and not one has ever said colour test first in small patch why this is clearly labeled upon the product because some people can have reactions to hair dye. Please becareful. I've tested a small patch on my head closest to forehead where the skin is thin if no reaction occurs then it's fine for eye brows.
Please update us? You were trying it for the first time but then what? Did you like it? Any unforeseen issues or problems with this brow hack? Thank you.
I leave it on for 8-10 minutes. When I think it’’s been on long enough, I wipe all off with a Kleenex and then use my wet facial cleaner wipe to wipe the rest off. If any gets on my skin, I wash my brows with my oily skin facial scrubber in the shower. I usually have to fill in a little with my eye brow powder. I love this and it lasts around 4 weeks. I don’t see how she got it all off with that little wipe.
I've been doing this for years. I didn't think of the toothpick and had only used q-tips. I already have microblading and tattoo on my brows (tattoo from a long time ago). I like the dark look on my brows so do this about evey six weeks or so. Thank goodness for microblading although man that hurts!
I'm platinum blonde with bald spots on my brows. I tried this with just for men mustache&beard M-35 and I look like I Sharpied my eyebrows :/ Plus it did not fill the bald spots, made them more noticeable if anything. I might try again with a much lighter color once this nightmare ends because I do like the shape, if only it weren't sooo intense (even after a few days)
This kind of dye will always appear darker than it should, because it colors your skin as well, However, it wears off after a day or two at the most. I somettimes try to use vasaline to cover my skin around the brows, but then I run the risk of getting it oon the hairs and having it not color it. I find the best way is to just do it when you don't have to go anywhere for a couple of days of cover it with make up for a day to knock the color down till it fades.
omg I love this idea. I don't know how to use pomade and can't do my brows for the life of me. !! I have thin brows and no tail! but if I could figure out how to map out my brows ans do this I WOULD I WILL. LOVE LOVE THIS VIDEO. YOUR BROWS LOOK FREAKING AWESOME !
Ida Centineo-I have been doing this for over 30 years, because my brows were very blonde. I find that it doesn't stay on my skin, but it definitely helps me have a more visible framework. I don't do it every 3 weeks, just whenever I think of it, or notice that it is too faded. It seems like after a few years it got a little more permanent, and I didn't have to use it as often. Now that my eyebrows have gotten more gray, I find I have to use a darker color, and definitely use the regular dye for hair. I have known people who use regular women's hair dye, but you can't really make up just a small amount, so you end up throwing away the majority of it. You can have a more precise color with the women's hair dye, the men's come in much fewer colors, but I just can't stand the idea of throwing away a virtually full box of dye. When I dye my own hair, I'll go ahead and do my brows, and it works great, but I wouldn't use anything with peroxide. I hope it stays on your skin. Good luck, and blessings❣💋
The older I get, the more my eyebrows are disappearing...AND, my eyesight is not good enough without my glasses to pencil in brows. I'm wondering if I should get stencils (maybe do an outline in a light brow pencil) and then do the Just for Men. I really do like this idea.
But if it doesn't die the skin or at least if it doesn't stay dyed is there a pencil or something that will color the skin and stay that way for more than just a day. my problem isn't the color of my eyebrows the problem is black of eyebrow hairs. So I need a pencil or something that I can fill in my eyebrows that doesn't just wash off all willy-nilly. I'm looking for something that I can apply that stays on at least for several days including staying on even when I wash my face without me having to reapply it. Longer than a few days would be nice but that might be wishful thinking period does anybody know of anything?
Most eyebrow threading places offer tinting. It cost about just as much as it cost to do this and someone else is doing it for you. Cost me $20 a month and that's a fresh dye every other week.
So far, Wunderbrow is the best product for me, lasting through my sweaty work shift at Fedex, but I've come across these videos using this product and I am intrigued!!
Megan, you might want to get your thyroid levels checked. You have a pronounced swelling in your neck and having no tail in your eyebrows signals a thyroid issue. Worth checking out. Be well. :)
Nichelle Crowder Swelling where? No tail? She said it was from 90’s plucking & she could be chubby like my neck. Don’t think ur comments on her health are warranted!
@@bekmussell5310 swelling is on the right. Fyi, I overplucked for years too and also have thyroid issues. Coincidences exist and "unwarranted" medical advice has saved/changed lives online. There was a nurse who pointed out a women's son had a white flash in one eye in pictures signaling a serious, rare condition which turned to be what he had, they didnt know until the online stranger said something 😉
The most serious and potentially life threatening condition I see exhibited here is her thinking she's influential. So tired of people thinking they have "clout" because others, who are just as equally worthless, spend their lives tailing someone on RUclips as followers. The easiest way to spot an influencer: 1. "Welcome back to my my channel!" 2. The brain dead, head cocked, mouth open pose that these female "influencers" call "glamour". How pretentious and narcissistic must you be to assume your life is worth emulating?
I think it's GREAT!. I ALWAYS have a HORRIBLE Time with my brows. I have NATURALLY thin hair. I almost have NO HAIR ON MY BODY and my Hair on my head is VERY VERY THIN. SO, if using this can help me look so much better.... I'M ALL I ...THX FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO.
I'm much older than you, I could be around your mom's age..Just wanted you to know I have been using 'Just for Men' mustache dye for years on my eyebrows..Works well, and last up to 3 weeks before I need to touch up my eyebrows again...Just use an eyebrow pencil to feather in the lighter spots, it works out well once you get the hang of using the dye.
But wouldn’t the chemicals make your eyebrow hairs thinner? And make them fall out? I think the more u use it the thinner your eyebrows will get. I just use henna. Last a few days
Hello! I need to try this but’...i also need’ to know your shadow colors/makers as i used to have one similar but cannot recall it’s name. I have been searching for ever’! The closest i found was Raisin by i think cover girl a few years ago but still not quite it. Please let me know if you can :) Ty!
When you dye your brows it is best to wash your brows with non-moisturizing soap and water. Otherwise the skin oils will prevent the color from staining the skin. And remove the colour with soap and water. Baby shampoo and water would also work nicely.
I use Augenblick on my lashes and brows, have for about 3 years now. It doesn't dye the skin, just the brow hairs. I have to use it every 3 weeks or so.
I want to try this I've heard about it for a while but I've always been scared that I'll mess up and be stuck with crazy brows for a month lol. I color my brows and lashes when I do my hair so I'm not scurrd Haha just afraid of my own technique I suppose.
I've found that with brown or dark brown dyes that they all have a certain amount of red in them so if you have ash brown hair it didn't look natural. Also if you're going for a more permanent look I like mine to match.
If u leave eyebrow tint on for a hour it will tint u skin without causing any problems I tint my eyebrows and skin with eyebrow tint from salon services or sallys if u live in the UK ..use the brush for eyebrow tint fill brows in with eyebrow tint and leave for 1 hour 💯✌

I don’t see how she got it all off with that little wipe.
Does it come off with face cleaning?? What can you Use on lashes? Also, what about face moisturizers?does it come off?
I've been doing this for years. I didn't think of the toothpick and had only used q-tips. I already have microblading and tattoo on my brows (tattoo from a long time ago). I like the dark look on my brows so do this about evey six weeks or so. Thank goodness for microblading although man that hurts!
I have been doing this for a long time. Love it!
The part where your camera “cut” out, is the part that I needed to watch..😒
There are a bunch of other videos on this. Gtfoh
Yeah, very convenient....
Because I get WHITE brows , I’ve been using this Just for Men for about 10 years! I use only on the hair, and it lasts for weeks?
This kind of dye will always appear darker than it should, because it colors your skin as well, However, it wears off after a day or two at the most. I somettimes try to use vasaline to cover my skin around the brows, but then I run the risk of getting it oon the hairs and having it not color it. I find the best way is to just do it when you don't have to go anywhere for a couple of days of cover it with make up for a day to knock the color down till it fades.
Thank you for saving me from wasting $22 on that wunderbrow product. Luv this tutorial
Hey dose this affect your eyebrows with time? I see a lot of people lossing there eyebrows especially women.
omg I love this idea.
YAY I'm so happy you like it!! I'm REALLY digging it so far, so I can't wait to see how long it holds up! Let me know if you try it!
Omg ur my fav.. this helps so much bye Anastasia pomade that and a liner to clean up will do done
What shadow are you using on your lids? So pretty!
You probably shouldn't have used micellar water. It has the lipids that are kind of oil like. That is probably why you had the patchiness.
Wendy Mendoza like duhh. I was thinking the same thing
Good point!, would water be enough to rinse, or do you recommend something else?
I use rubbing alcohol
GREAT LOOK BUT , I'M STILL SCARED TO DO MINE ...😀
JULIE DELATORRE me too lol but it looks so simple
New subscriber You are gorgeous just done my eyebrows with ardell but now im going to This ❤
But if it doesn't die the skin or at least if it doesn't stay dyed is there a pencil or something that will color the skin and stay that way for more than just a day. my problem isn't the color of my eyebrows the problem is black of eyebrow hairs. So I need a pencil or something that I can fill in my eyebrows that doesn't just wash off all willy-nilly. I'm looking for something that I can apply that stays on at least for several days including staying on even when I wash my face without me having to reapply it. Longer than a few days would be nice but that might be wishful thinking period does anybody know of anything?
you are so clever ,l'm going to give it a try, thank you so much.
So how long does it really last before you have to touch up?
I had to do mine twice as well. Didn't hurt my skin
WOW your brows turned gorgeous!
Once you wash your face will the dye run every time you get it wet since it's semi permanent?
lexking no, it gradually fades. I do mine once a week.
I love your eye shadow in this video what product did you use
Most eyebrow threading places offer tinting. It cost about just as much as it cost to do this and someone else is doing it for you. Cost me $20 a month and that's a fresh dye every other week.
So far, Wunderbrow is the best product for me, lasting through my sweaty work shift at Fedex, but I've come across these videos using this product and I am intrigued!!
jemsmom97 wunderbrow was awful for me. felt sticky and came off after 2 days.
jemsmom97 6
Wunderbrow smears off in 2 mins
Megan, you might want to get your thyroid levels checked. You have a pronounced swelling in your neck and having no tail in your eyebrows signals a thyroid issue. Worth checking out. Be well. :)
@@nicolea2938 Yes definitely, I have had Hashimotos for about 30 years...
Robert Shields why are you watching?
Have you been keeping up with this? I would love an update!! :)

I’ve been doing this for years! I love it!
I did it but they looked bad!! Yours came our great!
I have been doing this for about a year now... love!! Mine lasts about 2 weeks at a time.. then I get antsy and want it to be bolder!
Your makeup look in vid is absolutely beautiful
I think it's GREAT!. I ALWAYS have a HORRIBLE Time with my brows. I have NATURALLY thin hair. I almost have NO HAIR ON MY BODY and my Hair on my head is VERY VERY THIN. SO, if using this can help me look so much better.... I'M ALL I ...THX FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO.
I’d buy a tiny nail art brush and do hair strokes instead of block painting
No1 Nicechick how long does that last?
I'm much older than you, I could be around your mom's age..Just wanted you to know I have been using 'Just for Men' mustache dye for years on my eyebrows..Works well, and last up to 3 weeks before I need to touch up my eyebrows again...Just use an eyebrow pencil to feather in the lighter spots, it works out well once you get the hang of using the dye.
How do you take it off if you don’t like it?
But wouldn’t the chemicals make your eyebrow hairs thinner? And make them fall out? I think the more u use it the thinner your eyebrows will get. I just use henna. Last a few days
Why not just use a sharpie?
How long did it last?
So we're not gonna talk about how stunning the intro was!? 😍
Wen I dye my brows...it itches like crazy and the swells entire eye its awful...wish I could but apparently no dye for me
How do u look without makeup?
And you must have lost some or alot of eyebrow hair with all that smudging...
GORGEOUS ! I started doing / using the same product, it's GREAT ! Thanks !!!!
So is the medium brown dark enough? I don't want black?
So I wonder if my augenblink professional lash tint would do the same thing. I will try it!
I use Augenblick on my lashes and brows, have for about 3 years now. It doesn't dye the skin, just the brow hairs. I have to use it every 3 weeks or so.
I have the same experience as Jennifer.
For everyone who doesn't want to use a highly chemicalled hair dye you could use a henna hair dye product found in any serious health food store.
I use dollar store dark brown dye. It works....it's cheap...my eyebrows look thicker.
Can you please let us know the UPDATE...how long did it last?! That way we all know if it is worth the trouble or not?
"see what happens. ..on camera"
**EPIC FACE**
I love your attitude about this whole thing. thank you for being our guinea pig!
this is great .. Thanks !!!!! will try
I just buy regular dark brown permanent hair dye .
Did you ever do an update? This video is damn close to being a year old
...2 now... 🗓🤔
Good idea and outcome. I would have pulled my hair back to do this tutorial though.
Any product with developer stops working after a while.
The only problem with it dying the skin, as good as it looks it fades in a week.
I have hypothyroidism. Missing the last third of brows is a common accurance. If you are tired you may want to check it out.
Please do an update on how long this lasted. New sub thanks to this video. Thanks :)
The left eyebrow has more of an arch & looks better.
The package says not to apply it on eyebrows 😒
Also i love the way u do ur make up
