Hello, I have a problem and mounted on a Ford s Max, I have an analog scoreboard and I have mounted a digital scoreboard and when I connect everything, I get airbag failure
The dashboard should not affect airbags at all. Maybe you can try to connect old dashboard and see if the airbag sign will turn of. If yes, you could have new dashboard from crashed car and airbag sign is stored in.
Hi there, after egr replacement i've just connected diagnostic to the car (i have wired version of diagnostic and I am using win10). Then i found in forscan egr adaptation and run. Thats all. Good luck.

Yes you are right, one screw from the bottom. In my case case threw was already missing. In the description of the clip there is a link where is visible how to reach this screw.

It depends on which car you're going to perform this procedure. On S-max it's little bit more difficult because you can't see on the screws. In my case it was approx 1,5 hour.
The mileage was approx 213k km a I didn't clean the air intake. The main driver for this repair was lighting sign on the dashboard and not fluent moving of the car when it is cold. This repair solved the fluent moving of the car, but not lighting sign.
Zdravím, opravou aut se neživým, tak že bych asi nebyl nejlepší dohled. Nicméně na čištění tohoto egru celkem není co zkazit. Jediný problém může dělat spodní šroub, který EGR drží - ten už jsem tam neměl od předchozího majitele.

@@maximolotov Přeložit text It is no so difficult as it looks like... If you are able to use basic hand tools and you have diagnostic soft. than you are able to manage by yourself... Only tricky thing is bottom bolt on the EGR valve which was in my case already demounted...

However there are dozens of well made instructional video's that present the subject in a well constructed and watchable manner with minimal or no need for music or other distractions. Take a page from their book and see what a well made video looks like, I wish you well.

You can try to clean the old one if it help. If not you can by new one. For my car the part number is 1436390

There is no value in forscan, just command "adapt EGR values"

2 drží trubku co vede do sání, 2 co drží EGR na bloku motoru, 2 co drží chladič EGR a 1 že spodu egru (ten už jsem tam neměl, takže na videu není)

I just blanked it off with a plate, no error codes and the hesitation at 1500 rpm has gone!
you blanked 2.0 TDCi or was it 1.8? 1.8 can be simply blanked without any software mods, I don't think that it's possible with 2.0

Didn't help much because couldn't see ghe location of the 3rd screw holding the egr in , and wish hd would hold bloody think still for a moment!!

If u replace the egr valve on a Ford kuga 2.0tdci do u need to reprogram the valve or is it a straight swap over
I never did this job on Kuga, but I think that you have adapt EGR values via diagnostic. Learn the head unit new positions of new valve.

In my case the car at cca 1800-2000 Rpm started to twitch or convulsively speed up. The cleaning or replacing of the EGR valve solved the problem.

I removed all the parts and couldn't find the third screw and agr then put all the parts back all my effort wasted😡
