Thank you for the excellent tutorial!
I am very interested in couching and recently purchased the foot kit for my Janome 550e. This machine doesn’t have built in couching patterns. Do you have suggestions for the type of designs that would work well? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The type of designs that work well are open ones - not dense - such as redwork.
