I totally agree about having the description of what you actually bought on the dam box.

Some of the reinforcement profiles have different loadouts in reinforcements to their “normal” profile, which is probably where your confusion is coming from.

Man, if they now make their models easier to build i may have to go all in on this system. Because brother, as much as I love everything about Infinity, I HATE their old fiddly models.

They’re pretty much gone at this point! Almost the entire range has been refreshed with these 3D designs. Only a very few older sub factions (some Haqq and Ariadna) are the old way still.

Ariadna says we love our glue resistant tessium casts! All these new fangled "technologies" make people soft. Keep to the old ways....grumble.

@@GuerrillaMiniatureGames Yeah they're very easy to assemble these days (for the most part). I wish they were plastic as I love to kitbash, but I understand it's not practical at their production scale.

ive stayed away from this game due to metal models. I've simply never worked on a metal model. should I be worried about them being metal or am I just being silly.

The new models are very easy to put together. You will need a superglue type of glue (plastic cement doesn't work), but other than that they are awesome. Very little cleanup (like very few mold lines to clean for example), lots of details... And the game is great.

Just 4 or 5 figures a side, is all you need to start. Be careful though, That's how I got addicted.
EVERYTHING else is free, aside from the models. Picking up a boxed set is more then enough to get stuck in. You might need some needle files, just for GP, but other then that, you wash them with dish soap and let them dry, use your choice of Super Glue to assemble them, paint them up and you're ready to rock and roll.
And even that, you don't need them all completed to start playing. Just use 2 or 3 figures to learn the basic rules.
