    Ingredients:
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Ghee (Clarified Butter)
    1 cup Jaggery (or to taste)
    1/2 cup Edible Gum (Gond)
    1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)
    1/4 cup Cashews (chopped)
    1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
    1/4 cup Dry Coconut (grated)
    2 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus)
    1/4 cup Flax Seeds (optional)
    2 tbsp Katlu Powder (available at Indian grocery stores)
    2 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds Powder (Methi)
    1 tbsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth)
    1 tbsp Fennel Seeds Powder (Saunf)
    1 tbsp Carom Seeds Powder (Ajwain)
    1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
    1 tbsp Nutmeg Powder
    A pinch of Salt
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Ghee:
    In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 1/2 cup of ghee on a medium flame.
    Fry Edible Gum:
    Once the ghee is hot, add the edible gum (gond) and fry until it puffs up and turns light golden brown. Remove the fried gond from the ghee and set it aside. Crush the fried gond once it cools down.
    Roast Dry Ingredients:
    In the same ghee, add the chopped almonds, cashews, and walnuts. Roast them until they turn light golden brown. Add the grated dry coconut and poppy seeds, and roast for another 2-3 minutes. Remove this mixture from the pan and set it aside.
    Roast Whole Wheat Flour:
    In the remaining ghee, add 1 cup of whole wheat flour and roast on a low flame. Keep stirring continuously to ensure even roasting and prevent burning. Roast until the flour turns aromatic and golden brown.
    Add Spices and Herbs:
    To the roasted flour, add 2 tbsp of katlu powder, 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds powder, 1 tbsp of dry ginger powder, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds powder, 1 tbsp of carom seeds powder, 1 tbsp of cardamom powder, 1 tbsp of nutmeg powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and roast for another 2-3 minutes.
    Combine Ingredients:
    Add the roasted nuts, coconut, poppy seeds, and crushed gond to the roasted flour mixture. Mix everything well.
    Add Jaggery:
    Gradually add 1 cup of jaggery to the mixture. Keep stirring continuously until the jaggery melts and combines well with the mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well incorporated.
    Set the Mixture:
    Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate. Spread it evenly and press it down to flatten. Allow it to cool and set for a few hours.
    Cut and Serve:
    Once set, cut the Batrisu Vasanu into desired shapes and store them in an airtight container.

    humare yahan Haryana mein bhi delivery ke baad strength ke liye maa ko
    or sardi se bachne ke liye baki logo ko gond ke laddu khilate hain
    lekin wo sirf mitha hota hain kyuki usme aata, ghee, gond, khand, mawa, dry fruits,dry nariyal, khas khas hi use hota hain
    apne jo recipe btai usme bahut saare masale bhi jo humare liye nye hain
