We have a layover in dublin from 11pm to 11am the next morning. do I have time to do a quick drive by of Dublin , should i stay close to airport midtown or downtown, and should i rent a car, thanks
The timing is very odd. It will take you 30 mins to reach city by cab. I am not sure how much you can site see if you have to get back to the airport three hours before your departure timing (11am). If you really want to see the city probably look accommodation in city and take a quick 2 hours glance at it in the morning.
You will have to let the driver know . He usually calls before bus stop and checks if anyone wants to get down. For boarding the bus you will have to put your hand out.
