The fact that he carried on during horrible pain really shows how determined he was to carry on to help others even in his situation. Now that's a real hero. R. I. P chadwick the real life superhero.
How many celebrities would have leaked their illness to the media to gain sympathy. He never did. The man is an inspiration.

What a loss. Let us not forget that he also portrayed Jackie Robinson, James Brown and Thurgood Marshall, real-life superheroes.
With him visiting terminal sick kids in hospitals, to working on all those movies despite battling through countless surgeries and chemo...Chadwick himself was both a superhero on screen, and in real life.
To critical acclaim may I add. What an absolute terrible loss. The man was truly talented, such a great actor. My deepest, sincerest condolences to his entire family and friends in this incredibly difficult time.

Tom Idiculla I think one of the reasons he didn’t tell the public is because he thought he would be ok. But that was not the case
The great things are he never give up and shot 4 MCU movies during stage 3 cancer.

I wish he could just come back and say, “I never yielded, and as you can see I am not dead!”
Reminder that Black Panther made even more money than Batman v Superman.
A movie about a previously unknown character outgrossed a movie about the two greatest superheroes of all time.
Chadwick Boseman did that. RIP.
Not unknown, he was a prominent comic Avenger for years, though granted less popular that Batman or Superman
Well he was in civil war, that movie drove some hype for his movie, so no, he wasn't "unknown". And BvS got bombed by the critics as they expected a (kids) marvel type film and got a real, real masterpiece in return because they for some reason hate the director.

I never knew there were borderline racist and stereotypical remarks against his appearance until after his death. Why shouldn't we simply seek good in offering to help others instead of putting them down like schoolyard bullies? This is why I don't have faith in people.

Extremely sad. I can’t believe he died, just found out
He fought that cancer since 2016, almost 4 years, and during those years what did he do? He didn't give up and didn't let cancer control his life. He went on to give us the King of Wakanda that fans could only dream of. He became integral part of MCU and he did all this while he had fight cancer.
