We're pulling our fender badges off to get them customized to match the future look of our truck, and thought some people out there might want to see how it's done! Hope this little video helps out.
I was glad to find this video, I have the F250, and want to get mine done in Matte Black. Now I just need to find a paint shop. That and a few other things (like everything chrome on this truck)

Have a 22 F250 with the black appearance package on order and that side chrome peice is the only thing I didn't like. When I get it I'll be painting it satin black!

Also I would pant it Jesus black not satin.
Well, this video gets an A for effort. I did tried this on a warm 75 degree day, in Denver, and ended up breaking two tabs on each side. :( I was replacing them anyway so, no worries.

Hi thanks for the informative video, I tried it on my 2018 f-250 and it seems like mine is glued as well was afraid of braking it so I stopped. do you know how to remove the side mirror light assembly I want to replace mine with 6k switch back. Thanks guys

Nice video but I never realized how easy it was. I was going to replace mine with some custom colored emblems, to add contrast to the black paint but I don't want to spend the money or time painting them, when someone could just yank them off...haha.

2023 F250. Ford sent my truck without the'Lariat' emblem on the badge. I had the dealership order a new one and installed myself. Not my first rodeo with panels and tabs and I will tell you you will 100% damage the badge and possibly some of the mounting points if you do this without accessing the back of these metal clips via the fender well. I destroyed the badge taking it off. New one went on fine. I would NOT do this.
Does anyone know when will illuminating emblem be produced like the vertical ones on the previous model super duty?

I was thinking of having colored light shining out through the vent holes.
I’d seen another video where they added amber colored backlights. I think they even wired them in with the turn signals as well.

We carry the best of the best as far as performance and warranties go. Those items tend to have a higher price tag.

The antenna serves a second purpose. It's a height gauge, its about two inches taller than the roof. It's saved me more than once pulling into a parking garage

The quality in Ford has been dramatically substituted for electronics. I'm quite disappointed in Ford. Probably made mostly from Chinese Parts like the Camero and sold to vacuous customers.

EVIL Co. it’s just made cheap. The corrosion resistant tow hooks already started to rust in less than a year old. The running board end caps were coming off. And sometimes when I start it up there’s a delay. Like the starter is already going bad but they couldn’t find any codes on their machine when i took it back and had em fix all the cosmetic bullshit.

EVIL Co. I have. Thought i had it when towing a few months ago but the trailer was a bit high lol. Even then my truck shouldn’t haven’t been even doing that. I was only pulling a 400lb trailer.
Bad Idea headlight revolution. Post a video unrelated to lighting in which it shows people how to steal these things. Ford should have made this more challenging from a security perspective. You guys should delete this video as it offers no purpose related to your business but, it increases the chances of Super Duty owners coming to their vehicles and seeing their emblems missing.
