Hi, Max, as a newbie to ManyChat I found this video incredibly useful - thank you 🙏 It's nice to see someone else as well organised with naming conventions for tags etc. The overall control loop is such a great idea! You've explained some things better than the Manychat tutorial videos (especially greeting and welcome texts - so easy but made so unclear before now)

Quick question about GS integration: If the same user goes through the flow again and again (like they are making a new order), Manychat will then automatically add the new custom field values into the previous row that was made from the user earlier, based on their FB ID number. How could I prevent that from happening so that every time the same user goes through the same flow, their previous values are still saved in the row and are not replaced? I think I would have to update the row using a different look up value, but I am not sure which one to use to make this work. Thank you in advance!
Hi guys, Is it possible to set up a rule that automatically 'cleans' the chat history with the chatbot (for example in messenger)? For example, the user completes the entire user flow. I want the user to be presented with a fresh (new) chat experience the next time the user decides to interact with the chatbot similar to the first time. Cheers
Great video! Does ManyChat always allow "Other" message type? Also, what's with the 4-minute rule? Hehe I watched 2 videos of yours and you always use the 4-minute rule. Thanks for sharing!
Hey Lyka! Yes! You can always set the message type to "Other" 😄 And I've found the 4-minute follow-up to be very effective to keep people engaged. That's why I talk about it often

@@terrellharper5753 yes, I think you'll have to use user input multiple choice for this. Then you can just set a 'yes' and 'no' answer 🙃
