The ending was a genuinely incredibly usage of Crimson 1's breakdown audio. I love that audio because it already sounds haunting enough even without the context, but holy shit having the change in context of him getting cut off not because he ejected but because he was just obliterated right before taking the shot... wonderfully done.

I think C1 was using the other planes to connect to our radio which is why it was cut off when all of the planes exploded. However, I believe that it is impossible for him to steal an experimental plane with a nuke on it. I think that after it was guaranteed that Persidia will be lost, they resorted to the same logic they used while cordium-bombing Prospero so they loaded the PW-MK1 with a nuke, told C1 to take the plane and do whatever, WHATEVER he wants. So he did what he wanted the most. Killed his enemies, gave terror to the Cascadians, rebels, mercenaries, killed his allies and had the 1v1 with Monarch that he always wanted. Also I would like to remind you that PW-MK1 was already flown by Crimson squadron pilots as can be seen from dialogues from "Crimson Pilot" in Valkyrie's Call.
The unrealistic thin that the Su-57 can take down 5 F-14 without radar detection or damage the missiles that thing holds can smash anything from 5 miles away

Seriously tho during half of the manuevers Maverick did against the second plane, the pilot just did what Maverick would have wanted him to do, no trying to counter his manuevers whatsoever. FOR GOD'S SAKE, Russian missiles that the SU57 carry have both radar and IR seeking modes. It is true that radar seeking missiles would be confused in low altitudes but you can switch them to IR seeking mode and maverick is toast.

Navy uses short runways which is a limitation and they have to design planes accordingly. Airforce has kilometers long runways, all sorts of better fighters and bombers need long runways.

I've never watched this movie, don't have any experience with planes other than AC7, so can someone tell me why 1:21 wasn't a good moment for a quick splash with guns? The whole plane was perpendicular and moving in a straight line relative to the guy on his tail.
I am glad you didn't watch it, it is garbage. Well, I am not a WT plaher so I can't give the best of answers but I think it would not be safe as them lining shots, firing and then avoiding a collision would take too much time for them to be able to make it. They would crash into the SU 57.
Hell nah. My headcannon Monarch plane is either the F18 or the SK27 cus it is on par with the planes of the other squadron. I prefer SK27 cus better. Also Prez does not change anything so she is not cannon.

Unfortunately for Crimson, I had my heavy gun pods equipped and had immediately melted the first of them who got into my crosshair with a barrage of the explosive munitions from the four barrels. The 8492nd taught me that if you told to flee, you're not necessarily have to)
Facts. Tho maybe not as much cannonically as Count has dialogues about him being a good pilot. However his only kill cannonically is Full Band and he is convicted of fraud so maybe he is lying lol.
@@8th_Sparrow_Sqn I know it sucks because it was easily shot down over russia from Ukraine. It is also not stealthy. Not user friendly, and just overall a less capable aircraft than the F35 and F22
Based on my knowledge, Russia does not deploy them to fight in Ukraine. The ones that were shot down were by drone attacks on runways. No matter how stealthy u r, u can't escape from satellites while on a runway. I know that its radar cross section is same as an F18 but aside from that a really capable plane, especially in dogfights.
