This beat was fire
And Jaden snapped on that shit
The beat has bars
Please do BLUE by Jaden just listen to all 4 tracks let them flow together it’s like one big song
gldmnjosh1 I AGREE!!
You will be impressed. Listen to it!
yes please do this!!
Frfr
I was waiting to hear your opinion on this lol. I love the beat, his flow is still on point, and he can still dance. I feel this is just his "I'm talking my shit" type track. I think it's good that people are finally separating him from his dad. He's Jaden. You guys pretty much said everything I was thinking lol.
That's because you're cut from the right cloth fluid!
What I found hilarious about his music video was that he was gliding a lot on like a gravel pavement? lmfaoooo the soles of his kicks are dead after that video shoot lol. I thought this individual track was indeed a banger and it did have corny lines "ahem dishwasher line ahem". Beat was well produced and his flow was also good too so the song for me barely made the cut. All in all for me to judge Jaden fairly I have to figure out his style after he finds it out himself so I could get a sense of what kind of rapper he his. Cool reaction guys keepin it 100 out here.
Nate Baker but if the line is corny and it sounds good and flows good then it’s fine. He’s not known for the best lines. Good production a few corny lines but nothing horrible, it’s not bad. I love the lines, even the corniest of the lines with the good pass flow. Lyrically okay. Iconic song. Just have fun with. The lines that were corny didn’t ruin the song for me. Because it’s not really corny, just different and really just sounds good but makes good points with that corny line
Alex Gonzalez not really
Lines > Flow when it comes to lyricism, and lyricism is how you judge a rapper, i enjoy this song very much, but if i'm judging Jaden based off of this song only, he's a wack rapper, because as far as i'm concerned, he didn't make this beat nor did he produce the song, and those are almost the only things that are good about this song.
Why so judgemental man fcuk yall
This beat goes so hard, Idgaf about those lyrics boi😂
lol
Is it weird that even though I'm a metalhead I watch all of your videos?
Not sure if it's weird but It's definitely dope and very much appreciated!
Yep same. also to check if Opeth is still being requested
Nope, i do the same.
Nah man im a hip hop head but i enjoy the non hip hop reactions too it gives you a different perspective on things
I'm also a metal head but I watch these reactions hoping to find something that makes me like rap again. This definitely isn't it but hey, to each their own. Probably how old heads felt when bands like Korn and Slipknot took over.
day 195 I'm lost in the desert, with no water... and yall still sleep on EARL 😴
u know the songs ... great vid as usual.
Gabriel Meyer earl sweatshirt?
Neo Starrzz nah Earl T-shirt 😤
Why the dickish sarcasm. I was only asking a question
Your voice has been heard bro! We just put a poll up on Twitter with a few of the more popular requests. Make sure you vote!
I gotchu, just hit it with a follow I been voting tho. keep it up, that sound like Ryan?
Jaden made a banger without having to do that dumb mumble shit. Bravo dude!
Hell no
Fudge brownie 1 yeah the lyrics were pretty bad lol
@@owkrikki trash asf 🤣
Fudge brownie 1 not really trash but pretty damn bad yknow
Jadens album is one of the more sonically pleasing albums I’ve heard in a while. Jaden has the talent and the production he just needs to find out who he wants to be as an artist.
9:12 I peeked that failed fist bump😂😂😂. Been watching since 10k, y'all really blowing up. Once again very high quality reaction.
lol
Isn't ironic that when Jaden says he's an icon living it doesn't mean much to anyone, but if someone like Kendrick said it we could actually break it down because of the things he's done for rap and beyond it? #freethinker
I think Jaden's interpretation is beyond just rap. He says he's an icon for crossing into music (minor success), acting (has had major success), and entrepreneurship (this is probably his most consistent form of income). All at a young age as well.
While I like the ambition, he can still pump the brakes a bit
@@KxngKUDA
In an interview, he states that rather than saying that he, himself, is an icon living, this claim is meant for all those out there who have felt like they overcame something, or challenged themselves, or pushed the boundaries.
In other words, not self-representative, but an anthem for others. You, me, them - all potential icons.
how is that ironic? its just common sense literally making something out of nothing
@@aanamee he says this in the electric version of icon when he says I am not an icon, you are
@@aanamee This def a anthem
You guys helped me hear things in a new light. Watching your vids on a regular basis made me appreciate live music so much more because of all this lateral thinking.
saying that this "felt forced" isn't all that descriptive or useful.. sounds like more of a cop out than actual feedback. I do agree with the dude on the right that Jaden looks like what "kids in the future" will look like.. I had a similar thought and it was good to see someone else share that. The beat is hard af, and the song doesn't really need lyrics, just needs a good flow which it has.
This is better than anything Kanye has done in a loooooooooong time.
Wow... already at 150k... I remember not too long ago when you guys were edging on 15k. Keep up the good work... it's cool to see one of your favorite channels glow up.
His album dope as hell. It’s a masterpiece with earphones on. Takes you to a different place. Dark skin dude is a lame lol. Everything can’t be 1985 rap. I’m 33, not saying that’s old but I I’m old enough to notice the shift in the rap game with some of these younger cats. Everything isn’t going to blow you away lyrically. I feel y’all are wanting to be blown away every time. That’s asking too much. Listen to the music and take it for what it is.
BLAQZACH Adams Damn i felt this comment
.
RIGHT! not everything has to be lyrical
I see alot of channels try to brake down songs like you guys but you guys know what your actually talking about and get into the lyrics ...just amazing !!💯i dont have a Twitter so look out for me on these comments.. ive was in your first 5 k subs a real fan of what you guys do.. 💯
I just found your channell!!! Great personalities you both have!! Salute you guys from México City!!!
First thing we all notice is that beat it's really iconic and one of the most memorable songs I've heard in my life
Pantera - Cemetery gates, or Pantera - The sleep or any Pantera song! You need more Pantera in your life!!
Or Shattered! My favorite album by them is Power Metal, a hidden gem dude check it out
That's another good one for sure. And Power Metal is a great album, that solo in "We'll meet again" is probably one of Dimes best solos tbh.
Definately, that's my second favorite song on the album to Hard Drive
Cemetery gates is amazing
Definately an iconic song for them, anybody like their pre-Anselmo stuff? Like their debut, Metal Magic or Projects in the Jungle? It's definately different from their trademark stuff but its really worth a listen.
Great review. This song is more of a riding in the car feeling myself type of song. I suggest listening to b,l,u,e by Jaden Smith lyrics have more substance. Btw congrats on your channel growth❤️
Blue is great
Guys! Royce shouted you out on his instagram!
Yo I just saw that post from Royce!

Thank y'all for reacting to this, I agreed with everything you guys had to say lmfao 💕
Personally i think that's preaty much him and that style suits him. You gotta bare in mind he has been doing this for a minute, you should check his early stuff, then this wouldn't surprise you. This is hot period everything about it.
ill Mind 9 Please It's been awhile for hop an ive been watching your videos an I love the diversity in music. Your channel an image will always stand out from all othwr reaction channels. I hope you make it to 500k an to the 1 million so keep doin you guys :)
I CLICKED ON THIS SO FAST IM SO EXCITED
This is one of those channels that I hope (!!) doesn't change/evolve/ect. Your guys' formula is truly great - things like higher resolution and better graphics will, I think, really take away from what makes this channel special.
Here's to hoping LIV doesn't change!
This song is top notch! Comin from an "old head" I knew it immediately. It's just a "Lit" song and even has positive points "independent" talk but BEAT, FLOW, AND AD LIBS ARE NUTZ!
Jaden Smith is an artist that you need to listen to the full album to really appreciate any single song. To me, he is not a singles artist, which is what draws me to him. I know his lyrics aren't going to be the greatest, but there is much worst, for sure, that's far more popular. He really gives me a Kanye/Drake/Gambino type feel. Not comparing them as artist, but production wise, it reminds me a lot of Kanye inspired type beats and transitions, but also a lot of Childish Gambino's Because of the Internet Mixtape. They are friends in real life, and have collaborated before, so it makes sense. But the feel of this new album is really good. I think the opening track is the best opening track to any album this year. He has his corny, lyrics sprinkled throughout, but the album flows so well, and the songs make much more context within the album. Not sure if you would be interested in it, but its called Syre, and its a lot better than I was hoping for, and he is still extremely young, and very talented. So this was a nice step up in growth, for me, as a music lover, for him as an artist, and gives me great hope for his future work. I think I read he recently signed some sort of deal with his sister, WIllow with RocNation as well, and this was the first album under it. I think them two are what he is referencing Misfits in this song, I may be wrong though.
A huge fan, and as always, I appreciate the honesty, and all the great content you put out there. Have a safe a wonderful week guys. #freethinkers
Sorry man but this is just who jaden is the youth know he litt 🔥🔥🔥
Not mad at this! Jaden has potential.
Lost In Vegas got much respect for you guys 💯And like how y’all always keep it 💯
And I disagree with this 100%. I much prefer Eazy or 2pac.
Jaylen Harris yeah and I don't think it was forced at all..especially the dancing..in fact I think that was actually how most were introduced to Jaden..was him dancing
@@metalhead13329 Hell Jaden's father was dope, but underappreciated. Especially, due to Will deciding not to cuss in his lyrics. Jaden I have heard him be referred to as fake deep. Meaning he tries to write his lyrics to be much deeper and profound, then what it actually is.
As y'all give your opinions on music it helps me make my playlist you two are like my mentors so I thank you two and hope the channel keeps growing (and if you're wondering I'm Texan)
Any chance you can react to "50 Cent - Still Think I'm Nothing". And as always guys dope reactions! Saw Royce's gram giving you guys a shout, it's awesome seeing the channel growing and getting more recognition! Keep it up
Guy's im so happy for yall , remember when you guys only had 8k Subscribers , been growing so much. Keep grinding !
Jaden smith- offering
For good bars
Glad to hear y'alls perspective on this
i actually like the chorus and the beat is just crazy, the dance moves are OK too. But, i'd pick this over the mainstream rap we got right now!! great reaction as always guys
Keep up the great content. Been rocking since 7k. 🔥🔥
Hopsin ill mind 9 u need to it goes really deep and emotional and id want to see what you guys would think
Yayyyy!! Thank you! Hope and L are some other ones that I think are really interesting from Jaden Smith
Got a question for you. How do you feel about Will Smith as a MC? I never really consider him as a premiere artist until I watched a video of a legit artist (Murs) say that Will was in his top 5.
I don't feel anything for him as an MC. He's had ghostwriters his entire career. Shit Nas 'assisted' him with Miami and 'Getting Jiggy Wit' It' (someone has had a hand in quite a bit of the songs in his catalog, although he writes a lot of his stuff as well) I just can't take anyone serious as an MC if they have elected to use ghostwriters (Drake and Ye would be exceptions to this rule but their stock has dropped in my eyes as well). But then again, I'm from a different time. As a rapper, he's cool. Will Smith is incredible as an overall human being though.
Lost In Vegas I feel you on that. Like I said, I never think of him or his music. It's just the argument that Murs made had me thinking, and then you did a reaction to his son. Also, Murs said the Nas thing was a myth.
Been subbed since 3k, you the homies 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Definitely agree with both of your guys opinions on this.... But, I gotta pass on this one. I didn't think it was a good song. I *may* look into other songs to get a better opinion of his style, but this being the first I'm seeing/hearing of his work... it's making it hard to want to lol If that makes sense.Great video though, fellas!!
Lacuna Coil - "Broken Things" :)
I was waiting for this!
I have a dream that one day Lost in Vegas will react to Tool - Lateralus.
🤘
First comment to you guys,My core music is Metal, grew up in the 80's listening to Judas Priest, Black Sabbath,Maiden,Slayer,Megadeth, etc. but have found music from all Genres I like, Snakefarm,Concrete Blonde,Cypress Hill,Blondie,Muse,Mozart, anyway, I thought I would check out your other videos besides metal and started with this one, heh, Forced is the right comment here, I do not think he is enjoying his art with this one, I hope he finds something more real to him, and here is a request, anything by MC Chris, he does very strange, funny, rap songs and sounds like a little kid but I think he is in his 40's or 50's he used to do things on adult swim, just something eclectic for you guys because I know you like to check out different things! Thanks for the videos, great stuff, appreciate your genuine reactions!
And if you do look at Mc Chris, my suggestions are Fett's Vette or DQ Blizzard, one more suggestions, Crimp songs from the Mighty Boosh, have to throw something bizarre at you guys :)
Metallica - One/The Unforgiven
They already react to one I bealive
Gabriel3Gamu I know but I posted this 2 months ago.
Been here scince 26k subs. Keeps grindin✊
Guys you have to react to Ghost of Perdition by Opeth!! That song is fire!!!!!!!!!!! Please make that your next metal reaction!!!
Over 150k!!! I am so happy for you guys! You deserve every second of this recognition! Any chance of getting Facebook polls so I don't have to create a twitter account?? I have resisted this long.
As to this track... It would probably get some play from me if it were just instrumental, cut Jaden out. LOL
I do think their might be a deeper meaning to some of the lyrics though, like he isn't just saying look at all this stuff I have, I am awesome. Sounds to me like under neath the words he is lost and can't find himself because he's Will Smith's son..
Why don’t you do the polls here, you can setup polls and put the link when adding your videos to RUclips,
Because we're trying to build our Twitter platform as well sir. We're thinking of a way to incorporate both polls while still building Twitter. We'll see.
THANK YOU FOR THIS
Ill mind of hopsin 9 please
React to Ninety and Lost Boy (if not the entire album), the two pieces are so unconventional hip hop, sounding more like a punk romantic film score that transitions into a Radiohead song. This is art purest to his emotions and his influences, don't sleep on the talent. So much talent in comparison to the formulaic sound of hip hop atm.
Ozzy Osbourne - No more tears
guy on the left always says "yeah, yes, yup" hahaha love it
Better than expected, but still kinda cringey. Great vid as always.
Finally. A proper reaction video.
Hey hey hey, did I mention you should react to Die Antwoord? (Pronounced dee-antvurd) it's Afrikaans. Song: Fink U Freeky 🔥🔥
Looks like you haven’t really seen any of Jaden’s other songs. His moves and style wasn’t forced at all, literally all his songs got it. Jaden fans do know that for sure!
He's a confused individual. Cool car though 😉...great review guys as always.
I have been watching a lot of your videos and I like your reviews
React to institution by kodak black, many people sleep on it !!! Please like so the boys can see
This was a great track and awesome intro into who he is as an artist. His performance at the Rolling Loud festival proved that and the crowd reacted accordingly. I didn't expect much from him but... I like this. 👏🏾
Can't get into it.
Nepotism at work?
But I am always open to new things, they just have to be able to grab me.
Decided it's better to comment rather than give suggestions, because I like the videos almost better when I don't already know the song/artist.
And I love that you are so excited to listen to new stuff. The joy and love of music really comes across on these videos.
All good man. Thanks for watching.
Nah this kid is doing the opposite of his dad
Will smith kept it clean and Jayden is being a kid and cussing and doing what this generation wants to see.
It does kinda help that will smith his dad I guess
But he's been rapping for years now
I'm not a fan
But I can see hard work when I see it
He looks awkward tho in some of these clips
He needs to work on that shit
emilio olivas I just wonder if anyone would care, if he wasn't Will and Jada's son?
Would he have got this far and be as well known on his own?
what i want to see from you guys is a couple of reviews of YOUR favorite rap and hip hop songs, so that us metalheads with no real grip on those genres can enjoy more of what people have to offer.
Lamb of god - Laid to Rest.
I would follow but twitter sucks.
don't you mean lamb of shit?
Been following y’all for a while now. Big time metal head and musician. And gotta say, I love yalls videos. Because of you I have listened to songs that I never would have before. Can’t say I’m a hip hop fan but I have found a respect for the artist that I never would have if I never watched yalls rock reactions. Keep up the great work.
I guess I might as well throw in some suggestions.
Avenged Sevenfold- Beast and the Harlot
Pantera - Regular People
Mastodon- Blood and Thunder
Audioslave- Cochise
Zealots of Stockholm by Childish Gambino trust me u wont regret it
Jordan88 I second this, one of my favorite Gambino tracks
credit to Cab Calloway for the sampled track, "Hi De Ho Man"
Rush- Tom Sawyer please. Thanks 😀
Lmfao I was gonna comment on the last video for you guys to react to it but I didn't cuz I thought my comment would've been lost
Great reaction. Please do logic again. React to disgusting by logic it's straight fire
He's actually not talking about himself being an icon, but rather the person who sings along. He wants it to empower the listener
I tried to watch it, just couldn't. It was like I felt embarrassed for him.
Quite the opposite 'bruh'.
You feel embarrassed for him? Don't. He's doing alright lol. Also, the vid has over 81 mil views so I don't think you not watching had any effect on the overall outcome. Rest easy.
First time I've watched a video of yours, great insightful criticism.
TIME - PINK FLOYD
oh shit we at 150k, been here since 5k love u both my dudes
react to pantera domination 1991 live mosscow
I realize my request is probably never going to be played. But, this feels like a slap in the face.
Please react to slipknot by xxxtentacion pleaseeee
Its ya boi Ian yes and vice city
hey ive been binge watching for like 2 days and ive noticed you guys dont really look at country and punk but many others some artist you might find fun are colter wall (new artist country) sleeping on the black top (song) and the misfits (old artist punk) dig up her bones (song) keep up the fun. also i find main stream country music today in the same spot as main stream rap, it has lost its heart and colter wall has bought it back to the outlaw days. good luck and keep it up
React to Joyner Lucas- Im not racist
Skateboarders listened to Kudi. The line says , New trucks, Independent. Trucks are part of a skateboard and Independent is a skateboard company.
Ummmmmmmm.....nooooooo
lol
Ummm bye Lisa
Kyle Savage be mad at Jaden. He's the one putting out trash.
Gary Hicks Oh I suppose you must have a plethora of dope content to call this track with over 45 mil views trash. Lets check that shall we.... oh... oh sorry never mind.
Desmond Sanchez I have a set of ears and a brain. So yeah, it's trash.
K.A.A.N L.T.N how many times am I gonna have to comment this for y'all to finally react to it lmao
this song stinks worse than his acting
It's at 100 Million on Spotify and climbing New York Times....Jaden is a ICON!!!
1
The end- The doors // Maggot brain - Funcadelic// Jimmy Hendrix - Little wing
I did listen to his full album. Shizz is pretty fire I can't lie.
Kidaf ft Shadow the Great - Never Ending
Dope track. Icon he has music in every category 100million streams. Icon stuff. What you produce at your job... I’ll wait
I'm an old head (over 40) and I am feeling this whole album (SYRE)... he's only 19 but talking about creating your own lane..nice......
Jaden Smith is what happens when your father is one of the most famous people in the world and everyone you know has been telling you you're unique and special since you were a little kid.
You guys gotta react to the rest of Jaden album love your guys reaction as always 🙌🏼
First song I've heard from Jaden, this one didn't sell it for me. I'm with Ryan, I'd have to hear some more stuff to pin down a full opinion. AS ALWAYS THO, u guys introduced me to some new music, and for that I appreciate it. 🙏🏼✌🏻
Five finger death punch
The devils own you guys are great keep up the good work!
One band like Black Sabbath where it has a universal groove but never got as popular with a great drummer and vocalist and spectacular transitions is Grand Funk Railroad, if you guys do Inside Looking Out, you will not be disappointed, and I believe it is right up your guy's alley!
Channel is blowing up!! Good for y’all ..
i like this video congratulations lost in vegas you are the beast hello from mexico city
He's been dancing though....that part of him isn't forced at all.. it's a good way to connect with the youth.the Batman song he had was forced but enjoyable. Also I definitely love your videos I can respect your opinions I have more to watch and I'm glad you guys understand that music like what Jaden just made isn't that mumble shit it's just something to literally get hype to. You guys just earned a subscriber!
I still remember when I heard this song, couldn't believe it was Jaden Smith
