i eat once that kind cold noodles and feel weird eating it...... the taste is bland. it doesn't feel like eat noodles but more likely eat traditional cake. not so good. better eat bibimbap or fried chickens.
It's called 콩국수 which is translated into Cold Soy Milk Noodle Soup. It doesn't look good but it's actually delicious. It's also super healthy and a summer favorite. ☺️
