My owned from new, garaged Mk3.5 Venture is 10 years old and showing signs of rust on both rear arches and subframes. You chaps are miles from me but when it's time for work I can think of no others to send my beloved MX5 to. Keep up the good work and the videos are excellent.
Fantastic to see you all back on the channel. Don’t usually like the modded stuff but the light blue mk1 is an absolute belter! Really surprised how mk3s rot, you would have thought they would have ironed it out after the Mk1 and 2 rust issues. Great to hear mk1 values on the up too. 😁
Good to see you guys back Garath - great to see the updates on the premises & staff in addition to the car work. Also fascinating to hear your views on the market. Would be good to hear more about mods people are doing to their cars - always great to get ideas. Keep up the good work 👍
Good to see you again chaps and something always has to give at busy times and making videos is probably the right thing to drop unfortunately. The important business is keeping 5’s back on the road and you do that so well. Still love my mk1 after 15 years of ownership and the fact prices are rising is good for us current owners. Keep up the great work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Fantastic and keep motoring on gentlemen. It's not easy to run a business and that is the priority. Your work sells itself and that is why your busy. MX-5's in the states have gone up significantly here too. Three years ago I bought my 1989 1/2 (1990) early production Miata for $600 dollars with a blown motor and restoration work to be done. Now you can't even touch one for less that 3 thousand dollars. Got mine at the right time you would say. Your videos have been extremely helpful and plan to tackle my rear sills and end plates this fall. Nothing major, just some minor rust. Keep up the great work! Sincerely Mike from Long Island, New York.
Thanks Michael, I can remember when I could purchase a good mk1 for £700, those days are long gone, rotten examples are being advertised for over £1500 at the moment
Good to see you back, succes can be a challenge, and customor satisfaction too, just promise me, not to burn your self out, or starting to cut corners, you guys deliver a supreme job, everytime, wish u all the best now and in the future, and i wear my mx5 restorer /lights up lightsdown, cap with pride here in Denmark.
Well I suppose that does mean he is more likely to be the first person customers see when they walk in the door, but he is quite short and can’t really see over the reception desk, so it should be okay 🤣
Yikes...r Mk3s really that bad?? I've mine in for NCT in a couple of weeks. Perhaps I might be getting the ferry over and leaving mine with you in the coming weeks!
Welcome back gentlemen of the fives.
Thanks Terry, always nice to hear from you

Great to see you back guys
Glad you're back! Question: are you worried about Ash being closer to the front door?
Well I suppose that does mean he is more likely to be the first person customers see when they walk in the door, but he is quite short and can’t really see over the reception desk, so it should be okay 🤣
Mk3s are seemingly terrifying at attracting the rust
Yep, they are rather bad!

Yep, they really are
