I just moved to Spokane, so I will have to come by and check out the shop and meet so of you folks, and find out where the jeeping happens! Great build BTW, looks great!
I would love to have the budget to be able to do a build like this , first I have to make the payments then be able to drive my Jeep to work. So it’s kind of a slow process. Love the videos.
Awesome build. We just did a 6000 mile overlanding trip in our wrangler with Clayton Offroad and Fox Shocks. Full video just went up yesterday on our page.
nice way to start a rig. but is it locked up? looked like not around the 5:55 mark. and how's the gearing? Didn't see a T-case go in. must be more to it than the video shows. I didn't see any on board air, but tires were aired down in video. no mention of basic recovery stuff like tow strap, snatch block, or high lift. I like the picnic shelf though. lol nice touch
That was seriously impressive. Holy fuck. I just had a most unfortunate run in with a highway median doin 120 km/hr. No one hurt including myself but heeds basically the $6 million dollar man "we can rebuild him" treatment . Almost everything you've done in thus vid is what I must get done. I don't even know how I'm gonna pull it off cause I'm on disability after injuring my back at work 6 yrs ago and money is beyond tight. But you gave me some great ideas.even if many must renain a dream. Thx.
Good question and good point. We wanted all the bells and whistles on it other than just the suspension. You are correct however, it is much easier to just start with a less "optioned" rig than this one since a lot of the hard parts that did make it a Rubicon are now gone.
Great videos you guys put out. I've watched this a few times but always forgot to like it and comment! Great build on this one, keep up the awesomeness lol
So why did you choose the Toyo R/T over the M/T...I have the M/T now and love them..but need new tires soon and don't know alot about the R/T in size 37
We ran a set of them on another vehicle and were impressed with them. So when we saw they made them in a wider 37x13.50r17 we really wanted to try them out. They have performed great thus far only time will tell on the longevity.
Ducati Love They are wearing even. They now have 14k miles and have been rotated twice. They float in the snow, had to air down to 5psi to get through the deeper powder. Haven't put the jeep through the mud yet.
So I have a 2025 jku rubicon and I have watched this video and the one y’all have that all put a 2” lift with 37s on he’s sisters jeep how much taller dus this jeep sit vs he’s sister jeep ?
I have a 1997 jeep tj with a 4 cylinder engine that blew a head gasket due to over heating, we fixed the problem and the jeep runs great but now my gas mileage is like 8 mpg. Any suggestions for why it is this bad? Because it wasn't this bad before the head gasket blew.
Anyone else wonder if building a jeep like this takes some of the fun out of wheelin? I mean, he can run over almost anything. Like he made it too easy
razzmatazz841 Good point The "Jeep" was the first vehicle EVER of its type. 14 people at Bantam created the first out of thin air in less than 2 months. They got it so right their creation has since become the bench mark for EVERY 4x4 built since. Gramps took the new Willys out for the first time conquered every land mass and weather extreme known to man. He did it with 60hp, 28" tyre,0 lift, drum brakes, no roll cage, no seatbelts, smokin unfiltered camels, sippin liberated adult beverages, with Nazis trying to kill him. Evidentally the grandkids need all this to liberate Sears.
Great question! Short arms have the ability to work very very well given they have the proper geometry. This is especially true when running lower lifts and keeping the arms parallel with the road surface. The main concern with long arms in this specific application is clearance at the belly given the minimal lift.
What all components did you put into the exhaust? I see the mangaflow crawler exhaust and loop delete but I see an additional muffler. Do you have any sound clips of the exhaust? I'd like to gain the clearance on my JKUR without sounding riced out.
no, no. no. The beauty of owning a Jeep is building the rig yourself. Getting to know your jeep inside and out is an unexplainable experience. No jeep should ever be the same build. It has your own personal touch to it
We would much rather have powdercoat but they can't match the color perfectly. It's body armor it'll get scratched drive carefully. We have had it on some good obstacles so far and no issues.
But how's it drive on the road? No, seriously though, how does it drive on the road? I'm about to start my first retirement and as a gift for myself I'm looking at a '12 Rubicon and I want to do the lift, tires, etc. It's going to be my daily driver, but on my off time it's also going to be my trail and climbing vehicle.
Troy Ruppel I dont know how the one in the video is however both my parents have one and my dad and I have put the lift thats on his jeep on ourself. Most lifts unless you go cheap (Rough country, zone, etc) will ride like if not better than the Jeep did stock.
Take a $40-50K brand new Rubicon, add another $20K worth of parts and labor, then take it to a rocky, dusty trail and scratch, dent and maybe even roll the Jeep over. It must definitely be a Jeep thing.
LOL, that wouldn't be a Jeep thing. That would be more like I don't know what I'm doing with my Jeep thing. This build is super capable and because of the way we put it together you would literally have to work at all of what you mentioned. I'm not saying it isn't possible to scratch, dent, and possibly roll over, but you would really not have to not know what your doing for that to happen.
+Diesel Power Products if you wheel hard scratches and dents are inevitable... One trip to the hammers no matter how experienced you are, you will leave with several new starches dings or dents.
Wow I would love to do something like this I just need to find a stock jeep jk in the uk on eBay gonna be considering I've only ever seen one jk in real life the uk is a horrid place for 4x4
Have you seen our old Cherokee Chief, named grandma? If you haven't check out the cover of Peterson's 4-Wheel Drive Ultinate Adventure edition for the last two years.
+pra3t0rian We were in a rush to finish the jeep in time for EJS 2016, we didn't really have enough time to grab narration points throughout the build. Next time.
Every part we replaced was for a reason. The most noticeable appearance change being the fenders. There are only a couple of ways to fit 37" tires on a JK one of them being a lift. Since we prefer keeping the vehicle low for stability we didn't want to go higher then 3.5" of lift. So to gain the clearance needed we had to clearance the wheel openings. The Nemesis fenders provide a perfect template for what needs clearances and they weigh drastically less then the factory plastic fenders. This will help offset the weight we are adding to it with winch's and upgraded components. We love the Jeep platform.
No..more power, more reliable, quicker, better towing, more room inside, better ride, better off road capability besides rock crawling (which I wouldn't be doing) and looks better as well..
jeep is the better choice for offroad, lighter, solid axels, far more after market support, and can get the ripp supercharger for more horse power while being 2k lbs lighter and still cheaper. raptor is a sweet truck though, its got many things over the wrangler, off road is not one of them, especially dollar to dollar
Where do all your friends or kids sit? This video is to showcase a way to build a JK that could handle whatever you wanted to do Offroad or just go get some milk. Thanks for the question.
+John Smith Climbing is what the 4 Doors do best, this thing will go up and over more than any dirt bike or quad unless your a pro driver with tons of experience.
because there is nothing out there comparable new these days with solid axles front and rear, everything is IFS these days and way more costly to modify and with the 4 door you have a lot more room then in past jeeps and lot less money to modify, yeah the plastic sucks but what dosent have a lot of it these days
Awesome build project!! So many nice upgrades!!
Glad you liked it! More to come!
Nice build. I got scared for a second, when you removed the grill.
I just moved to Spokane, so I will have to come by and check out the shop and meet so of you folks, and find out where the jeeping happens! Great build BTW, looks great!
I need more videos of this beast!!!
I would love to have the budget to be able to do a build like this , first I have to make the payments then be able to drive my Jeep to work. So it’s kind of a slow process. Love the videos.
Great video quality and choice of music and camera angles etc...Well done gentlemen. The Jeep build was sweet.
That is indeed one kick butt build/rig.
Awesome build!
+WOLF ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you! we are stoked with how it came out!
Absolutely love this video. Best Jeep clip I've seen in a long time!
Sharp looking build and an awesome video showing each mod that was installed, keep the videos coming!
Love the build! Would love to do something like this to my 5700 mile Rubi10A
Awesome build. We just did a 6000 mile overlanding trip in our wrangler with Clayton Offroad and Fox Shocks. Full video just went up yesterday on our page.
Nice work looking forward to viewing the video. If you're looking for any products let us know.
Very nice Jeep and it’s a real clean build! Great to see you wheeling it in Moab too!!
Nicely put together video
And this is the car of my dreams! Some day... some day....
thoroughly enjoyed
great work on the jeep and video.
Man this is fantastic! Love the lifting kit and diffs!
very nice jeep, i will get those bumpers for mine 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great Vid! KEEP THEM COMING!
nice way to start a rig. but is it locked up? looked like not around the 5:55 mark. and how's the gearing? Didn't see a T-case go in. must be more to it than the video shows. Alan. The rig has ARB Lockers front and rear, actuated by an ARB Twin Ram Air Compressor.
Wheel spacers. Engine upgrades. Interior upgrades. Doors. I could go on and on
VERY COOL!! NICE WORK.....
Great video, no yadi yada, just Do!!!
That was seriously impressive. Holy fuck. I just had a most unfortunate run in with a highway median doin 120 km/hr. Beautiful!
Serious Question - if you're changing out everything, what's the point of starting with a Rubicon? Why not just use a base model Sport?
Good question and good point. We wanted all the bells and whistles on it
other than just the suspension. You are correct however, it is much
easier to just start with a less "optioned" rig than this one since a
lot of the hard parts that did make it a Rubicon are now gone.
Factory front and rear lockers, better transfer case, dana 44 front axle, ect
Offroad Power Products nice built really clean jeep, what inner linner fenders did you end up putting? thanks
Well u didnt want to come...so u didnt fuck up. Dont want u to do things u dont want to do
Front sway bar disconnect.
Great Video!
sweet set up, I've seen a few of the videos... you guys use fox shocks, are they better than the bilstein schocks?
wish you raffled this jeep. I love it nice build.
This is why I bought Recon, so nothing needs to be changed
Awesome rig, I would have line-X'd the rocksliders though, that shiny paint won't last long down there
Sick vid!👍🏻
I'd like to see a Baja style Jeep like this, like Baja with the approach angles of a Jeep.
Guys whats the second song in your video?
+Mac Brown Yes, I too would like to know what track that is...
Durade sandstorm
/watch?v=LH5ay10RTGY your welcome
How much was the total build cost including and not including jeep?
5:31 that's a sweet looking xj too
Jerod Powell
Lol, Thats no XJ sonny.
now that's a bad ass jeep
Great videos you guys put out. I've watched this a few times but always forgot to like it and comment! Great build on this one, keep up the awesomeness lol
Sweet build. Sick vid too!
+JEEPARMY USA Thank you! Glad you're pumped.

Offroad Power Products sounds good!! Keep us updated on how well they last etc. I'll be needing tires in about 25k
Offroad Power Products can we get an update on these tires?
Ducati Love
They are wearing even.
They now have 14k miles and have been rotated twice.
They float in the snow, had to air down to 5psi to get through the deeper powder. Haven't put the jeep through the mud yet.
Did you guys have to paint the savvy off road bumpers to color match the JK
hey you guys wouldn't know by chance how much this beut is?
May I ask how tall is your lift kit and which gear ratio did you choose for your 37"s?
Are there any sound clips of the exhaust on this jeep?
What kind of modifications were needed to fit that front savvy bumper with the rubicon swaybar disconnect? Thanks!
So I have a 2025 jku rubicon and I have watched this video and the one y’all have that all put a 2” lift with 37s on he’s sisters jeep how much taller dus this jeep sit vs he’s sister jeep ?
this is awesome
I have a 1997 jeep tj with a 4 cylinder engine that blew a head gasket due to over heating, we fixed the problem and the jeep runs great but now my gas mileage is like 8 mpg. Any suggestions for why it is this bad? Because it wasn't this bad before the head gasket blew.

do those method Beadlocks mount pretty easy? anything like racelines? how did you balance the tires? road force or balancing beads?
Really easy, and we didn't balance them. They roll great. Went 80 the whole way to Moab.
Question, is there a place on those bumpers to put D rings or hooks???
How to y’all like the Toyo RT I’m trying to decide if I want the RT or the MT for my jk
Can anyone explain why the Rubicons larger ratio is better then the regular Jeep for climbing or any other benefit ?
Garbage Man because the higher the gear ratio the lower the gears. and they have lockers but they climb way better!
I need this done on my Jeep.
Wow cool but how much do all these parts cost? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Why not long arms? I don´t understand to use short arms in that awesome setup
Great question! Short arms have the ability to work very very well given they have the proper geometry. This is especially true when running lower lifts and keeping the arms parallel with the road surface. The main concern with long arms in this specific application is clearance at the belly given the minimal lift.
Nice jeep
Nice video. Any changes to the gear ratio or power mods?
Yes we put 5.13 in it for the 37's and are in the process of doing a turbo kit.
What all components did you put into the exhaust? I see the mangaflow crawler exhaust and loop delete but I see an additional muffler. Do you have any sound clips of the exhaust? I'd like to gain the clearance on my JKUR without sounding riced out.
This Jeep now has a Prodigy Turbo so it may sound different ;)
Offroad Power Products It sounds beautiful now.
Like a pissed off hair dryer :)
Nice maybe Jeep can sell models ready to go all around from the factory one day.
no, no. no. The beauty of owning a Jeep is building the rig yourself. Getting to know your jeep inside and out is an unexplainable experience. No jeep should ever be the same build. It has your own personal touch to it
Is this the 3.5" j spec lift?
What is the name of that background song
but where are the skid plates? probably the most important part
But can it drift?
Christmas Gummyworm it can absolutetly. If you know how to
Christmas Gummyworm ya I hardcore drifted my Jeep before
What drone did you use??
awesome so awesome
What's the cost to have this vehicle, intrested buyer
Souny Chantavisack you're probably looking a $70-$75k
Souny Chantavisack before the turbo...
I'd be way too nervous taking those pretty body colored bumpers and sliders off-road..... Power coating is the way to go!
We would much rather have powdercoat but they can't match the color perfectly. It's body armor it'll get scratched drive carefully. We have had it on some good obstacles so far and no issues.
Is this a good Jeep to drive in Centralia ??
Absolutely. This jeep is very capable.
what is the beadlock
Method 105 headlock
i thought you going to change the grill 😥😥
No JJ or duraflex or flex joint? such a shame.
i want one like this ..can you give me ..please please please
But how's it drive on the road?
No, seriously though, how does it drive on the road? I'm about to start my first retirement and as a gift for myself I'm looking at a '12 Rubicon and I want to do the lift, tires, etc. It's going to be my daily driver, but on my off time it's also going to be my trail and climbing vehicle.

Alec Maiwandi if he's worried about dents then he really doesn't know what the jeep is about.
***** I bought a Ferrari but I want to go under the speed limit, it's a Ferrari thing, you wouldn't understand...
i bought mine and im 18, #stocks my nigga
Wow I would love to do something like this I just need to find a stock jeep jk in the uk on eBay gonna be considering I've only ever seen one jk in real life the uk is a horrid place for 4x4
Dang this video cost like 70,000 to make... Hope it's worth it. :) That a nice rig.
So you liked the video quality. Thank you.
+Offroad Power Products The drone shots are pretty amazing! And the Jeep is pretty nice.
Yes that is with the JK
***** Yes I was including the Jeep in my estimate. :)
+richarddbeck. i got blue jeep form anica in san antonio
Nice build, but those street tires gotta go
Far to many JKU builds lets get back to the real diy jeeps
Have you seen our old Cherokee Chief, named grandma? If you haven't check out the cover of Peterson's 4-Wheel Drive Ultinate Adventure edition for the last two years.
Offroad Power Products
Lol, your Chief on the covers the reason why i bought the rag.
A little narration would be nice. But cool vid either way.
+pra3t0rian We were in a rush to finish the jeep in time for EJS 2016, we didn't really have enough time to grab narration points throughout the build. Next time.
You see all the factory parts on a Jeep are crap so of course you HAVE to replace them for the Jeep to be any good at all.
Every part we replaced was for a reason. The most noticeable appearance change being the fenders. There are only a couple of ways to fit 37" tires on a JK one of them being a lift. Rather have a raptor. Then again, I'm not inclined to take a brand new truck rock crawlin

Bet that jeep is slower than it already is with the wheels n stuff lol it needs a supercharger
henry Sanson
Turbocharged, wheels great and cruise at 75 on the hwy.
Kilt km lf
Dirt every day do it is the cool, and better
Junto;
I really don't understand this... even a cheap dirt bike or maybe even quad is just objectively superior. Pardon my ignorance but...
Where do all your friends or kids sit? This video is to showcase a way to build a JK that could handle whatever you wanted to do Offroad or just go get some milk. Thanks for the question.

i dont get why the new jeeps are so popular i hate all the plastic like the master and slave for the clutch such garbage
because there is nothing out there comparable new these days with solid axles front and rear, everything is IFS these days and way more costly to modify and with the 4 door you have a lot more room then in past jeeps and lot less money to modify, yeah the plastic sucks but what dosent have a lot of it these days
+4everjeeper my 91 Cherokee has verry little plastic but its old i get it im just not a fan of new cars but thats just my opinion
Jeeps are shit lemon cars
James Leonard go back to your car scene and let the off- roaders do our thang and you do yours.
James Leonard have fun driving your lame Toyota Camry lol
