This might be the most high-tech futuristic motorcycle looking hi hat stand I’ve ever seen!! Great to see a hi hat stand matching for the FP9 pedal, and with exceptional features like the two independent spinning legs which I’ve never seen before on a hi hat stand. This is going to be a best of NAMM for sure!!
Yamaha's drum hardware is actually made in the same factory that makes their motorcycles.
At $980.00 MSRP it better be!
Yamaha is best drum hardware ever made 👏
Thank you Yamaha. Finally a high hat stand that’s worthy of me buying! I love the Yamaha Drums and Hardware! Can’t wait to pick one up!
you're gonna buy a grand hi-hat stand? tf is wrong with you. LOL
@@jessemcdevittcosts a grand

Really nice Hh stand!!! The different angle legs are just amazing!
Yamaha hardware is one of the best
I've always been a life long Tama hardware fan as they've never ever let me down ... I have a 2 leg Tama Speed Cobra 910 hi hat but this Yamaha stand looks absolutely awesome. I'm defo going to hunt one down and try it out. Who knows ... could be a game changer for me playing double kicks.
I got the FP9D pedals and they are fantastic and this HH-stand is too. Yamaha is an amazing company truly. Thank you Yamaha for all you do for the drumming community. Outstanding!
🙏❤
Yes! Finally! This looks great
Thank you Yamaha!!! This is awesome!!!
super ! bravo yamaha !
LOVE it!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Que belleza!!!
BRILLIANT!❤
My thoughts exactly bro 👌
I wish Yamaha would bring back the hihat-to-slave pedal attachment piece like they had for the Flying Dragons.
Why does Yamaha insist on having the cymbal touching the bare metal of the hihat clutch and doesn't put a plastic sleeve instaed? It's not rocket science.
In previous models there used to be a place to keep the drum key, I don't see it now.
Which company has a plastic sleeve for their hihat clutch?
@@mzmm4186 Tama has it for sure. Check their quick release clutch
The clutch on the Tama IC Lever Glide has a plastic sleeve; I'm not sure it makes any difference but I do feel more comfortable knowing there isn't any metal-on-metal contact. I suspect it's trivial if the clutch is tightened up and the hats aren't grinding directly against metal threads though...@@mzmm4186
@@mzmm4186DW has plastic sleeve as does Ludwig and Sonor
😮💥🥁👏
Finally a stand that matches my fp9
Finally
最高❗️
Make one for the super lightweight hardware set.
❤❤ this Looks Amazing.... question.. would you still need to use a Bass Drum to Hi Hat Attachment when using two Bass Drums or is it a Stand Alone ...???
Yes, you would still need to use the CWHSAT9 clamp to mount the Hi-Hat stand to the second bass drum
Take my money now!!!!!!!
We need a CrossTown lightweight THRONE please!!!!
When is this available for purchase?
Like in 10 weeks... Why announce it when you can't make it?
No three-legged version of the HHS9D?. This is a definite dealbreaker for me. You previously offered the HS1200 with three legs, what gives?.
The HHS9D comes with two legs, which are separately adjustable. We have done evaluations with various artists like Steve Gadd, also regarding stability. This stand is "rock solid" with just two legs 🔥
I love a tama hihat stand...oh...wait a second....
€580😅 I do like it
Very very nice, and then I saw the price 😢
Unbelievable stand for sure, but 580€, is that dw theory of pricing stuff 😂
Most high end hi hat stands are around 450, yes this is more but it looks like a beastly stand tho
What6 justifies the $980.00 retail price? 20% off would still be $784.00. PLEASE don't say it's a supply chain issue. LOL
It’s 570 broheim
@@rippindrummer666 hahahaha Seriously? Get your calculator... if you pay 80% it's 20% off. $984 X .80 = $787.20. ORRR 20% of $196.80 = 196.80 SO $984.00 - $196.80 = $787.20 This is 3rd or 4th grade math. BUT YES! You are RIGHT that you can get it at Sweetwater for $570.00.
And for the price of just under $1000 😂 I’m good
I BET IT COST 1000$!!!!!
Lmao it costs a grand!
1k for a hi hat stand. A hi stand! Hell nah mane. I have so many things to say about this and none of the nice.
Saved up to purchase a high end Yamaha set only to find out I can't lol order one. This has gone on for over 2 years now, "made in China" I guess. Yeah the ones made in Japan are available but i'm sincerely not interested in the Phoenix. All good went with an American Co that's been around 115 yrs, and beyond stoked! Love they're hardware tho, best in the biz, and lol ya can actually buy it/it's available. Peace
