Thank you. I’m still lost at what to get for dusty moist underground conditions but accurate voltage. Bc we run the fluke i1010 amp clamps.

I looks like you need an IP67 rated meter. I have only reviewed two of those that I could recommend, Fluke 87V MAX and Keysight U1242C. The i1010 manual recommends "Can display 1 mV (0.1 mV preferred)" and "Accuracy ≥0.75%". The Fluke 87V MAX can display 0.1 mV DC up to 600 mV and display 0.1 mV AC up to 600 mV. The 87V MAX accuracy specifications for DC mV is 0.1%+1 and for AC mV is 0.7%+4. The 87V MAX meets the minimus requirements. The Keysight can display 0.01 mV up to 100 mV and 0.1 mv up to 1000 mV DC and AC mV (you must give up external temperature measurements and to use the accurate mV range [see my review]). The DC accuracy specifications for mV is 0.09%+2 and for AC specification for mV is 1.0%+3. The U1242C meets all but the AC mV accuracy requirements. Take a look at the two reviews. Also take a look at Dave Jones from EEVBlog EEVblog #66 - Death & Destruction of a Fluke Multimeter ruclips.net/video/qlA7-fh5nDQ/видео.htmlsi=QgW5styoLodmYlgG, the 28ii is the same is the 87V MAX.

Moin Moin, the certificate of conformity should be for the EU and is needed for the CE marking. Regards from German.
