    Writing this at 18 years of age, seeing my 14 year old brother nearly outgrowing me made me realise that I haven't reached my genetic potential because of extreme stress and malnutrition when younger which I have also noticed in other people. Hence it would be interesting to see a video on ways to grow in height, something that might potentially be irrelevant to the majority of your audience (?) but other than some obvious answers to how to grow, the topic in itself should be fun to dig into and it could help many of us get the maximum we can out of our genetics. Just something that you could put out there at some point.

    • @abominable.7800
      @abominable.7800 4 месяца назад

      I'm 17 and I also have a 14 yr old lil bro who's literally eye level with me unless I'm wearing shoes. In short, height is purely genetic. Yes, eating a certain way and having a certain lifestyle will boost the body to grow more but at the end of the day how far diet and lifestyle will take/do for you is at the mercy of your genetics. that's why someone can eat pure trash growing up but still grow to be 6ft+ because it was written in their dna to grow to a certain height.
      this is not to say you can't grow taller though, if you're still growing which being 18 you still are, focus on getting plenty of rest and eating nutrient dense food which are 90% meat the other 10% being low carb fruits like berries.

      Parasites are a natural part of the microbiome. All healthy isolated and primitive tribes have them in greater amounts than modern people. It is a lack of parasites that is a problem, but it is only a consequence of the negative environmental factors present in modern society, not something to tackle directly.
      Look into helminth therapy and the lack of autoimmune issues in countries with greater prevalences of parasites.

    I used ivermectin for 4 days i felt much more energy and much better sleep but the feeling didn't last, they say you need to cycle it to kill of all parasites
    I had the same experience with 4 days of fenbendazol. Amazing sleep and a lot of energy.
