This burger fed my family and I for about 4 days...It's that big. And that was just one half of it. The second half went to my wife's work. We did not have the guts to finish it.
How large was your family, if you don't mind me asking? i just want a better picture of how many people this burger could feed.

Also he actually did make his own recreation on his channel before. It was huge enough to probably feed a small family (2-4 people) for a few days...

I bet this episode took alot of guts to make, and by the end of it, im sure alvin was a little more proficient and kind (for some reason)

The most mind blowing part of this entire episode has to be the fact that Alvin cooked those giant patties to a proper medium rare without breaking a single one.

Wow, this montage made me realize how much meat actually shrinks when cooking. That full change never crossed my mind.
A common thing from the oil and other things leaving the meat while it cooks. It's quiet a fascinating process.

@@articusramos808 you are very right. Additionally, heat makes changes in the structure of protein, the structural change involves a ‘coiling’ of the protein, reducing the molecules overall length. This produces considerable um...shrinkage.
Much less if you use leaner beef. 80/20 renders out quite a bit. A 90/10 less so, but going leaner also requires a lower temp and more patience.
Hot tip: use kabob skewers to hold it together when cutting.

I've just finished P5R as my first Persona game after getting it on switch on release date. So I can finally look up everything about it on the internet and not worry about spoilers!
It is such a great game too. I love the way its like two games in one. When you're in the metaverse its just like any JRPG, but when you're back in the real world its kinda like a visual novel. The way its paced out between those two seems to work really well too, because it seems like just when I'm starting to get tired of one it's suddenly time to switch to the other.
A little overkill, but would've been great to toast both the bottom and top bun for *MAXIMUM STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY*
lets hope we get the Leblanc curry someday too

We don't talk about the Persona 5 anime. It's almost like the writing team of the Persona 4 anime (if they are the same) used up all their talent and had none left when it came to 5.

Honestly, Persona 5 the game is totally anime. And you all know it.
He already did the Mega Beef Bowl from P4, but maybe because this didn't appear in the anime and that's why they had to play a clip from the game.
And, It's a game with animeish style anyway.
And Alvin already did Mega Beef Bowl from Persona 4.
So that's mean more anime game (or JRPG) episodes!

I love how we've all collectively decided that Persona 5 is an interactive anime.
I mean, Persona 3 4 and 5 all have their own anime versions too...
What I like about Alvins videos and commentary is that he is always so thankful for the people around him and quick to give everyone praise. Really shows how great of a person he is.
I hope you guys can take on Sojiro’s curry next! I compiled a recipe from several sources to try and make it myself, but I could still use any additional tips that this channel can provide

I have to say, this is your best Anime With Alvin yet in concept, presentation and final outcome. I might be tempted to make a single-layer version of this for my family of 4 :P

I love that butcher box uses the term "eco-friendly box" when every individual item inside is wrapped in eco-unfriendly plastic
Unfortunately that's the reality of buying meat. So far there's no other economic material to use. And just about all meat is vacuum packed and then repacked at stores. At least this way the meat is only vacuum sealed once and so it stays fresh for longer. Don't get me wrong, I wish there was a better option, but they can't exactly ship meat wrapped in paper.
plastic is only eco-unfriendly if disposed of 'improperly' its a shame no one bothers to recycle it properly, since its the most recyclable material and the one that uses the fewest resources to produce

@@jacksmith-vs4ct True, but that also didn't have a great shelf life for the customer, nor the ability for the store to easily have shelves of the stuff for customers to grab and go, rather than having to deal with a butcher for every single item.

Alvin once again demonstrates precise and quality cooking! This burger is so big that it will feed the whole crew and more than half will remain for later.
Everyone gathering around the camera to share, eat, and bring out other toppings for the burger was my favorite part

As much as I expected Sojiro’s curry for a Persona 5 episode this was quite the pleasant surprise.
this episode was great but I really have to say the longer Andrew is gone the more convinced I am becoming that he is researching the fully loaded infinity potatoe.
