I just got my kitchen Hq vertical mandolins, but the cleaning brush was missing
That little plastic catch tray is worthless. Put the whole slicer inside a 9 x 13 baking pan and lock it into the pan with the suction cups. Now you have a giant 'secure' catch tray.
