Если язык слабый, то необходимо заучивать. Посмотрите на детей, когда они учат родной язык, то все заучивают. Поэтому есть все эти стишки, считалки и прочее. В них дети отрабатывают грамматику, предлоги, стилистику языка. И, конечно, словарь пополняют. Так что заучивайте, ничего зазорного в этом нет.
