Gusto ko rin ng ganito nung una minimalist, scandi feels pero I felt so sad haha. Ang white na sa labas bahay dahil sa snow, white din loob, nakakadagdag sa loneliness ko. Gusto ko na homey feels. Pero case to case dn, sa kanila pwede ang ganito. Pero samin hindi. Yung cream na sofa pag may kids na naku 😅, or pag may bisita na kids sakit sa ulo. Pero kaya naman siguro nila palitan if ever, dahil mapera na sila. To each his/her own pero. Maganda if for couples lang tlga and adult na bisita. Congrats sa kanila, ang ganda house nla.

Ang di lang po maganda sa mga new subdivision dito sa canada sa aesthetics (nakikita ng mata) lang maganda pero ang quality of materials na ginamit tinipid. Ang asawa ko nagrerenovate sya ng bahay at meron din kami itatayo na bagong bahay dito sa Ontario, Canada kaya familiar talaga sya pati sa materyales na ginamit. Kaya iwasan nyo tumira sa subdivison sa ibang bansa maging sa Pilipinas. Meron mga lupa naman nabibili na di part ng subdivision makakagawa pa kyo ng sariling design at makakapili ng materyales. Ang mother in law ko dito canada nagpatayo ng bahay 25 years ago dahil sa napakaganda ng materyales na ginamit nya kahit simple lang ang design hanggang ngayon mukha pa rin bago at walang sira. Samantalang ang friend namin sa high class na subdivision dahil sa tinipid ang materyales kahit napakaganda ng design dami na ng sira. Ang asawa ko pa nag-ayos.
Agree ako dito. Cross cutting talaga sa mga common subdivisions. Daig pa ng mga bahay na tinayo ng 1960's yung mga bagong bahay.
Korek. I regret buying a h/l sa pinas in a subdivision in Sta. Rosa Tagaytay. I want to sell it but hubby said 'No".

mga bahay sa subdivision ayaw nila ipakita sa buyer while building the house. tsaka lang daw namin makikita kapag tapos na. at voila.. ang materyales mahuhuna. mabilis masira tinipid. kahit nga ang kahoy na ginamit sa cabinets ang bilis nagka anay 😢 ang drainage barado kasi nun hinukay ang pipes sa ilalim ng lupa wow may semento ang loob ng pipes.parang hindi marurunong ang gumawa
Ang ganda.. sobrng same kami ng taste clean and minimalist look.. white, gold and green plants same tlga kami ng taste ni atey. Aper.

partida, di pa develop yun basement.. ganto lng ka simple mga bahay sa canada, practical, completo, malinis, and low key, di sya pabonggahan, standard ang sizes, design and features., yun gpresyo is depende sa location.. sa pinas pwedeng gayahin ganitong style but much less.. yun ganitong size ng bahay is naglalaro between 340K-700K CAN dollar

$420k USD for a mini McMashion in the frozen tundra that's just over 1,650 sqft??? NOPE....that's almost highway robbery. Being work from home types you could have built way more, way nicer, and for way cheaper somewhere else.

Nag aaggree ako haha parang wala ako napansin na influence nung husband sa interior or kahit anu man sa house. Everything looks like ung wife ung nag design 😅 Not a big fan of Minimalist design especially dun sa living room area kasi it looks empty to me parang waiting area lang siya sa spa or office lobby. Then again, she said naman that she was going for the "spa look" so i guess she succeeded. Kanya kanya naman siyang preference and congratulations sakanila kasi they got their dream home.
