Tge idea is cool, but wires hanging out is kind of risky for a workshop.

All you need is steel, damper....and a bench saw, welder and welding skills, angle grinder, calipers, bench drill, vice, laser level, masonry drill, fixings, timber shelves, etc.....
Only reason you'd build this, is for tool storage anyway.

You forgot the important thing, "An empty head and lots of idle time"...
Anybody that doesn't have most of this lying around the shop isn't really interested in working with his hands.
I prefer time traveling do-it-yourselfers, you know the kind that have some idea what they're building before they start.

Ну-у... если у тебя нет этого инструментя в мастерской, то и уголок с амортизаторами тебе наэхер не нужен.

да да, согласен я тоже перемотал что б увидеть конечный результат. Тоже считаю что в начале должно быть краткое описание изделия . Но само изделие прикольное возьму себе на заметку

Great idea for a storage and work system. I can see this for use in mounting storage containers up on the wall and bringing them down for easy reach. Can easily be scaled to fit ones needs. You can also obtain new gas shocks that are adjustable force for different load needs, a bit more in cost but helpful when loads may vary.

I loved the idea and would even do one myself for in my own garage but you went through it so fast you didn’t give any kind of sizing or thicknesses on any of the metals, angle iron or the box steel. I still give you a thumbs up and would still read it a five out of five stars just for the ingenuity of what you’ve done for yourself wish I had details on it so I could do one for me but then either way in any case you did a great job so God bless you and keep up the great work. I can tell you all the metal was 3/16 stock,,,the angle iron was 1"x1" stock,,the square stock was 1"x2" He used a MM tape,,but from looking at those boards are 1x8 pine or cedar so i would say the length of it is 21"to24" long,,,,i could biuld this from just looking at the pic

One problem, the grind is hemmed in by the support bracketry. It should be mounted on sturdy slides to escape it's bondage when needed.

The only thing I would have differently is try to have the bottom shelf able to slide out a little incase I needed to grind something bigger 5:17. Easier to critique than build....
