How have you not watched jinjer perennial live at wacken yet? Omg I love most of their music but Perennial at Wacken really REALLY shows her skill as it was the last song of the set and shows her live transitions from cleans to growls seamlessly. I highly suggest it next.

'there's a story in every style' absolutely nailed why at the age of 52 I've found myself opening up over the last several months or so to music of so many different genres.. And a new appreciation of others views which is why I think I love your channel so much. Fresh feisty fun and fair are the four words that come to me when I watch your reactions. I was NEVER into anything really heavy.. I grew up a disciple of Bowie and U2, And while they're still my music gods I've discovered a whole new pantheon of artistic muses.. And as a result... Next year at my grand old age (and covid permitting) ill be going to my FIRST EVER symphomoc metal concert with Nightwish at Wembley.. To use an apt comparison this is the musical equivalent for me of a first skydive.. I'm both exhilarated and shit scared at the same time.

There are just some emotions Metal expresses better than any other genre. Beautiful in its own way. Have you done Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt?" It's a Nine inch Nails Metal song he covers beautifully with a country tinge. Bring your tissues. It's got more emotion than any video so far this century. (This was his goodbye to the world.) Ok, so I've been subbed for a while but for some reason I've missed your Jinjer reacts until now, so I took your advice and I went back to Pisces (my comments on there say it all really) This one.....for me it's not as good as the first one. I agree with you, she's got a great singing voice...at the times when she actually sings 'more normally', and while she is still so impressive being able to perform with so many different vocal styles I'd just have preferred a bit more of the regular vocals. I'm still gonna go back and watch the rest of your Jinjers though :)

I've got 2 Jinjer songs for ya Beggars Dance its only 2 minutes long but it is an absolute gem of a song. The song Home Back is about them having to leave their home country in the Ukraine because of the war that broke out there. Musically HB is standard Jinjer badassery and Tatiana absolutely destroys the mic at the end of the song.

You are allowed to like more than one genre of music. It is one of the songs that grew on me over time, although also not one of my favorites, but now I kinda like the groove it has (which I initially did not even catch at all). Sit Stay Roll Over and Judgement & Punishment were also songs I initially didn't like, and now they are two of my favorite songs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I guess Noah is one that doesn't do it for me, at least the beginning. But overall I am surprised how much I like almost all of their songs, which is really rare for any band.
