I focused on the cheaper ones mostly, got a bunch of savanahs and plateaus for $100 or less. Also found a local guy on Craigslist who sold me all his old cards, which was mostly like 10 duals, but he didn’t realize how many unlimited cards he had mixed into his revised low value stuff which was a nice bonus score. Plus his duals were never played and gradable mint, tho centering way off

i watched a few of your videos a while back and decided to scan all my cards. ended up with about 2k cards and 2k in value. not a large collection mostly urzas set stuff found out I had a mox diamond, grim monolith, yagmowths will, metal worker among my more expensive cards. thanks and keep up the content I love it.

Reminds me of the once in a life time find I experienced at a swapmeet: 15 or so Revised duals, 4 Beta Lightning Bolts, 1 Chains of Mephistopheles, 1 Candelabra of Tawnos, and a bunch more goodies! All for a $1 each card!!! I ran out of cash & couldn't buy the sealed Visions box and sealed Mirage box. So I did what any other crackhead card board nut would do: stand guard like Protective Service until a friend of mine came and he bought each of the sealed boxes for $60 each, lol. Damn, these crazy ass finds are becoming less and less. I'd say in 5 to 10 years estate sales will be the next places to hunt, as the older players (ones in their 40's & 50's when Magic hit the geek scene) will start passing away (hopefully from natural causes - will not speak of anyone), leaving a grieving family to want to just have an estate sale to get the most out of their parents belongings without having to spend too much time sorting & haggling.

My mom donated my entire 1st edition Pokemon collection to goodwill.. without my knowledge.. I have never fully recovered from that.. THANK GOD she NEVER touched my Magic cards..This video was a sharp reminder of that. sick buy!

The card you got "crusade" is not gone . You should check ebay and other sake sites. They are selling for more than you might think and may have collectable value BECAUSE they were banned and removed from mtg gatherer etc
I agree with you, I would rather turn paper money into inked cardboard instead of going to vegas. You most likely won't make your money back gambling in vegas
