I had the great pleasure of speaking with Clint Walker in 2007, on a radio show, after his 80th birthday! I told him that I & my father watched '" CHEYENNE" from its beginning in 1955 & tried never to miss an episode. Since that show was the very first hour long western on T.V. & wildly popular, I could never understand why his "screen presence" did not translate as well to movies, as he had more limited sucess there! I guess that he may have been born too early to enjoy the SUPERSTAR status of a Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis or Arnold Swartzenegger! Rest Well, Clint, your loyal fans will never forget you!
Dont be lame. Real men are everywhere. Whilst Mr Walker was a handsome man with a great voice, you are limiting the rest of humanity with a one size must fit all approach. Thats immature and short sighted. Look up, and become the real man you want to be.
On RUclips, Clint Walker sings "Beautiful Dreamer" - every so often I go listen. Its beautiful. He was gorgeous and talented and humble. What a combination! I loved him as Cheyenne.
Beautiful singer and actor he was a gentle man so handsome and wish I could have meet him before he passed. Love watching his movie and songs. R.I.P. Clint Walker see you in Heaven one day. 🙏🙌💯🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The hidden talent of the late, great Clint Walker. His vocalization of songs. It was demonstrated on his Cheyenne TV series, and on records. Quite a talent he was. May he R.I.P.
I have been reflecting on my own experience as a teenager when we watched Cheyenne. I was so influenced by him and looked for that role model in a man to fall in love with and share my life. That was a fairytale and reality settled in as I grew up and realised that the knight in shining armour did not exist. But tonight reading all this beautiful history in my 70th decade of life I am so inspired to know that he did exist and was a real man, Clint Walker. Thank you Clint and bless his family, Memories are the legacy of love and we all share his memory. 🌹🙏🏻
Cheyenne is my imaginary man. I watch the show everyday and feel sad when I miss it. Clint Walker in Cheyene is SO gentle. I call him " the gentleman giant" And he is the most amazing one at that. They just don't make men like that.!!! Anymore. I secretly dream of him every day. And he sure is my hero! TALL, dark and handsome. Mere
There are men like that all over the place, just bankers and lawyers and big business men that woman all look for so they can brag to their friends how much money they have.
@Chloe Donahue What do YOU know about who would fall 4me...or anything about me??? How incredibly and unnecessarily RUDE of you 2 make such an uncalled 4 and NASTY remark.
I absolutely love this song...so beautiful!! Clint Walker is an amazing actor, singer & gentleman...love this man! He's a very handsome gentleman as well. Loved his movies & tv show "Cheyenne". I still watch them. Thank you so much, Debco, for sharing! :)
What a Bueatiful Song that is. And to think 🤔 💬🤔 the Voice is that of Clint Walker. The Quiet Cowboy of Cheyenne, or the Big Strong Rancher in Night of the GRIZZLY, then as Posey in the Dirty Dozen Film 📽️🎥 with Lee Marvin. The Man was A Fantastic Actor, and one Helluva Singer as well. Thank You, & May Clint Walker, Lie Restful in Sleep with Our LORD. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yes. yes yes yes multiplied by a million yes. That is a man. Singing those old songs. the way Wind... believe.... love sweet .song. when day is done.... whip crack away and so many beautiful love songs you could just sit with a good book or crocheting or knitting and listen to that voice it's just wonderful. .... he shares my heart with two other men who I also think of as wonderful. Johnny and Sidney.
I was born too late. I still watch Cheyenne falling asleep to his beautful soft voice. He was the perfect man. The world feels lonelier without him in it.
Gail Borden It really does seem like a lonelier place without him. He was such a fine, humble gentleman, I mourned for months when he went to the Lord. I’m still mourning him.😢
Deb this is wonderful. This is my favorite song on the album and I love the kissing scenes. The only kissing scene I didn't see was from the episode of Massacre at Gunsite pass. I believe you got everyone he did and you did them so perfectly. Thank you for the time you spent making this.
WOW 😍 This was beautiful, wonderful, and love his voice!💗 Really enjoyed this Deb, BRAVO! 👏 p.s. Happy Thanksgiving...this made my night! cheers, Lady E
When Clint is trying on the shirt...is that the beginning of the one seen in so many of the scenes to follow? If so, that's a nice touch of realism for the Cheyenne series. After all, how many shirts would a traveling cowboy own? I never recalled him singing on the program, but his mellifluous speaking voice sounds just as pleasant in song.
Check out "The Conspirators" in Season 3, Episode 2. Love the charming smile as the audience reacted to his "Beautiful Dreamer" and then his encore rendition of "Whip Crack Away" (in which he had fun breaking character). The episode has more delightful bits of humor. Worth watching just to see Cheyenne Bodie in a tux.
@djskaraoke99 - Thank you for your kind comments. I wanted to include that scene but it's from Season 5. I work from DVD's and only the first 3 seasons have been released to DVD.
TheVirginialady2010 I was so disappointed that Mr. Clint did not make it to Kanab in 2014. He is with the Lord and other saints waiting for the rest of us.
What year did time magazine start doing the Sexiest man alive? Because Clint Walker should had been on it many many times. He even out done Sean Connery and I really liked him too.🙂
My goodness! I did not know Clint could sing. What a pleasant voice! And a good ear--some of the intervals in that song are tricky. I'll bet, with some training, Clint might have rivaled Robert Goulet!
He sang in the episode The Conspirators. He sang Beautiful Dreamer & Whip Crack Away and then a duet of Some Sunday morning. Also, in the episode The Durango Brothers He sang Love's Old Sweet Song.
I think I know only one of the women in this video and that is Angie Dickinson. She’s the one he kisses who is doing something with an oil lamp. She played in the popular TV show called “Police Woman” (I think that’s the name is it) and the great movie “Rio Bravo” which starred John Wayne, Dean Martin, Walter Brennan and 1960’s singing idol Ricky Nelson, who also was part of the Nelson family on the TV show called “Ozzie and Harriet”. I’ve seen the movie A LOT and watched “Ozzie and Harriet” when I was young and a teen and had a crush on Ricky.
CAN'T HELP WATCHING THIS VIDEO OVER AND OVER. THE WOMEN WHO ALL HAD THEIR SHARE OF CLINT'S LIPS WERE SO LUCKY. BUT I OFTEN WANDER WHAT IF MR, WALKER AND MS. DICKERSON HAD OF LOCKED LIPS.............
glad i wasn't the woman in the scene where is in chaps with his shirt off cause i probably would have pounced and made a fool of myself and embarrassed a nice man
WHAT A GLORIOUS VOICE - I imagine he's singing with the angels!!! Strong, awesome voice!!!
I thoroughly enjoy watching Clint Walker! I think he was truly a great person. I love his voice anytime he sings anything. What a gentleman!!!
Life is so unfair, not only did he have the physique of a Greek god but he had a marvelous voice too.
The world lost a super human being. This is what all real men should be. RIP. You will be missed.

A beautiful voice and a handsome man....the whole package.
He proved that those gorgeous guys of the romantic novels do exist in real life...😊
Pity they don’t make them like that anymore😅
@@julianursten6399Sad, but True....and don't get me started on the lack of fashion sence....🙀🤭😉
Albeit rarely.
Clint walker hit the DNA jackpot for body, looks, etc... I don't think any woman would turn him down
On RUclips, Clint Walker sings "Beautiful Dreamer" - every so often I go listen. Its beautiful. He was gorgeous and talented and humble. What a combination! I loved him as Cheyenne.
My mom had two idols Clint Walker and Elvis !!!
Mom had good taste.
What a beautiful song. Clint was a gentle giant great actor, and a gentleman.
It seems like the bar for the handsome leading man and beautiful actress was set pretty high back then.
Beautiful singer and actor he was a gentle man so handsome and wish I could have meet him before he passed. Love watching his movie and songs. R.I.P. Clint Walker see you in Heaven one day. 🙏🙌💯🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

1:45 My Favorite!! He picks her up like it's nothing!!!
What a wonderful voice. I’ve read he was very reserved; that seems to fit with his interviews. He didn’t need to dance on tabletops to be noticed.
He was very humble and very down to earth.
A genuine masterpiece Deb! Great clips and beautiful song.
I shall miss u deeply. The walker family I am so sorry. Valarie be good to it self

A voice very similar to Howard Keel's. Maybe better.
You can see clearly that he REALLY, REALLY LIKED WOMEN.😘
He should have played Jack Reacher
I agree! Tom Cruise was a joke.
I wonder how his wife felt about him kissn all these women
