So glad you're not afraid to say BBLs can be risky! I do medical transcription for a plastic surgery center. I will never get plastic surgery unless I have a major injury. People have so many issues from implants and procedures and have to get revisions all the time.
You dont know how much it helps..... To hear and see someone with hip dip as well and so confident ❤️❤️ ive been down about mine and I know it sounds silly but I catch myself wishing it was filled in. ❤️❤️❤️
BBLs are one of the more dangerous elective surgeries. Not sure why anyone feels it's worth the risk.

As a Latina, I have worn shapewear since I was 12, I am now 26. It is nice to hear that you love yourself bc now I also love myself without them on, but when I go to Quinces I wear it to strut my stuff but not as a necessity more like heels it just ties in the look.
I am Italian & I also wore shape wear since about 14. Even my panties are a light girdle material for everyday wear

I'm glad you brought up the bbl. So many people are so quick to pressure others to get one, or just quick to say people need one. Like liking what you have is becoming a foreign concept, and that's not fair. I am blessed with a natural bbl, and I think someone who has a different shape is stunning its fine to want what you already have. Just like it's fine to want something more!

In the 90’s we used Visine mixed with aloe gel instead of the calm down- it works the same exact way and cheaper. Also, use a dry brush before you shave, that helps also with bumps and also gets a super smooth shave.😊

Laura if you love shapewear, the real shapewear that would change your life it’s actually Colombian shapewear (Faja) like it was actually made to use under clothes and dresses. They come in a lot different shapes and lengths but trust me IT WOULD CHANGE THE GAME. They’re more on the expensive side, I would say more elevated than skims but maybe not as comfortable? Idk but just make sure it’s 100% made in Colombia, Asians already doing fake ones but they’re just not even close as the real ones. They don’t sell them at amazon like the real ones you might have to find a Colombian boutique or sometimes they have actual stores at malls. But so worth it 🤩🫶🏼

Hey girl just wanted to mention my own experience with the misses kisses and it’s fine for a day/night of doing nothing. I took it out on a bachelorette weekend and it did not stay on once we started going out dancing and walking around. Once you sweat it’s all over it will make it fall no matter how secure you make it. Very unfortunate. I even used the “hydro gel” pads supposedly you can use it swimming but still didn’t help. I’m a 36C so not huge and not itty bitty. Cleavage it creates is amazing though. The bar would dig into my stomach sometimes. In the end I had to return it.

With the calm down stuff you should seriously just try sudocrem, it's super cheap and is a miracle. It's helped me with acne and folliculitis personally, but it's even used for nappy rash so it has loads of uses! No need to spend crazy when there's something that was probably used on you when you were a baby you could utilise now 😅 #moneysavingtip

Laura if you ever get horrible hiccups like that again try to take a sip of drink but swallow with you head tilted forward all the way till your head is upside down I know it sounds crazy but I've done this trick for years and it works every time. Your head has to be upside down and you have to swallow while upside down. It works so good!

So what I have learned for razor burn or cuts on the vagina or anywhere is use aloe lotion. Like the sunburn after care lotion it’s soothes and really really helps!!! No burning at all when applying!!!

I got the Shefit bra that is kind of like the one in this video except it has velcro where you can adjust the straps and bands and it is seriously the only bra that can hold my G cups in place. It kind of feels like body armor,but it's still comfy

I am not a huge fan of the idea of wearing things that make your body look one way, when it looks another way. However ... in the same breath, I wear hoodies 4x bigger then my size to hide my chub LOL You look great as you are Laura
So the bra is actually a knock off version of the SheFit bra. I have several and love them. It’s an independently woman owned brand. They also have leggings and other things that are great quality. My bras have lasted 3+ years and still fit like they’re new.
