I'm just curious, are you able to pick up these songs more easily because you have so many years of learning Jordan's music? Have you been able to learn songs out of learning Jordan's habits and personal choices when writing?
Yes, I would say so. Another thing that helps is realising, that parts generally have to be quite similar in order for parts to play great into eachother and make the song cohesive. So after learning whatever part you learned first, use that part as a starting point for the next riff (in terms of scale, rhythm or shape). Repetition legitimizes. Repetition legitimizes. The biggest help for those chaotic parts are the drums, specifically the bass and snare drum. I often 'learn' the drum parts first (tapping on my legs) to get the rhythm down. Great application for that would be the intro to Underwater Bimbos.
