The first 8 seconds sounded so familiar it made me google around for OSTs for a little bit until I found Hangeki No Noroshi (I couldn't recall exactly where but I've heard it many times throughout One Piece) and I luckily remembered that it played during marineford too. Sounded extremely similar to the first 8 seconds of this soundtrack, especially that last bit before the ost changes into something else completely different.
