It’s a thorough process to have an elected official removed from office. It could take an act of Congress in some if not all cases.
They had a recall vote some time ago where she was to leave office, but it was overturned by the courts on some technicality so they can't have another recall.
If they would just arrest her, problem solved. But certainly don't put the second-in-command in charge. They probably stink just as much as she does, eating all that food, free trips, etc.

The judge who ruled in favor of not allowing the residents to recall her in the previous recall needs to be in prison also.
Judge = lawyer, lawyer = weasel. In order to become a judge (in most states), you need to spend at least 5 years pretending that the truth depends on whoever's paying you and finding loopholes in the law to ensure that happens. I have 0 respect for any of them to begin with.
