The boy needs to calm down (not the dog) and play respectfully with the puppy. You obviously have enough money, now, use your common sense on how to train both the puppy and your SON!
What *are* you on about? The boy never handled the pup roughly -- he never even *touched* the pup. Puppies get zoomies, so do kids. For the life of me I can't see any problem there.
