Very safe advice, I think the 9 to 5 takes away the creativity in people, but if they reconnect with that which was lost they might find an entrepreneural spirit.
We've never made totally gluten free pasta. But now you can buy the rice pasta at the stores I think. Maybe someone else could chime in if they have made some homemade gluten free pasta. Take care!
@@HMFamilyLife I've made it Frank Brown rice spaghett's. The problem is very difficult to keep it al dente. It mushes pretty quickly. I'm reduced to dry baking it in a sauce casserole. It's good just not quite the same as boil to al dente

At age 49, I just kept working 2 hours a day 3 times a week where I made my own hours. Great life balance.
