Man, I am excited for that Justice league comic
I’d argue that 90% of the continuity issues could be fixed easily by removing a non essential character or tweaking a line of dialogue, that’s what’s frustrating to me. Keeping in line with continuity in these cases requires minimal effort and doesn’t hinder the story they want to tell.
The continuity issues weren’t what bother me the most about BTAC, it was more that Dini and Burnett weren’t trying as hard, we got the run of the mill Jason story, the Mr. Freeze and Deathstroke stories just fizzled out with no big climax, there could have been so much they could’ve done
I can't wait for these books to drop! Of course, I also can't wait to see you guys tackle Ben 10, too ;)

I *just* finished watching through JL and JLU with one of my friends who’s never really been into DC before when the announcement of Infinity dropped, so I’m super excited to experience it with someone I can be excited with.

If all of this eventually spins into a real revival of the DCAU, I’ll be thrilled for sure, but I just want to see if they keep all of the 90s tech
Well the DCAU is set in the 90s and early 2000s, so unless they do a retcon i guess they will have to keep it.

What I want from season two of BTAC is more differences between the DCAU Court of Owls and the ones from the main comic book universe. Season 1 just gave us the Under the Red Hood arc with minor changes from the original comics and it didn't feel distinguished enough.
I think a Justice League Infinity animated movie would be the perfect bridge/gap between JLU S3 and the Batman Beyond 2019 Teaser

The Jordan Hill/Hamilton Hill Jr. thing along with Firefly being in that flashback in season 1 makes me think Paul Dini and Alan Burnett haven't rewatched the DCAU in a while.

My only real complain with this comics are the art style on the promo/alt. covers. I wish they could be more in the line of the inside art.

It’s not a coincidence that DCAU content has been suddenly on the rise with the recent movies “Batman and Harley Quinn”, “Justice League vs. The Fatal Five”, “Batman the Adventures Continue Season 1”, an announced revival of Batman the Animated Series by HBO Max, and now these two new comic book series one of which has writers who worked on at least one other animated show.
Really looking forward for the Justice League comic 😭

I'm fine with more TAC, but I'm REALLY excited for Infinity. I get a really good vibe from the little I've seen about it. I hope both comics succeed and we can get more DCAU comics, or even comic continuations for non-DCAU shows.

One question:
The deleted scene of the Return of the Joker where Bruce visites Arkham and see the joker corpse is Canon?
I mean we see the joker skeleton that jokerz gang use in their rituals in one episode of batman beyond. But I think that the scene with Terry seeing the joker skeleton is really dark and awesome.
I think that both are Canon. The joker (Tim drake) could profane the joker corpse and dressed with his old costume.

Could’ve just moved it yeah, it was already wearing the Joker outfit. It’s canon in my book, it appeared in the comic adaptation of RotJ.

Could a lot of the contradictory older tie-in comics be seen as split timelines? Because that means there's a DCAU multiverse just for timelines branching from the regular DCAU Earth on top of the greater multiverse.

The DCAU is honestly what kept me interested in DC comics/universe after Crisis. It was the first time I really felt invested and like they'd captured the spirit I had grown up with

So I just watched the 5 finale episodes for JLU season 2 (the cadmus arc) and realized that Lois doesn't know who Superman really is. I remember in "World's Finest" (Superman TAS) that she found out Batman's secret identity and I'm wondering if they've ever shown her learning about superman. Figured you guys would be the ones to ask

I was wondering if you guys might make a video explaining how joker may have survived all the times he apparently died and returned without explanation, going more in depth into how he did it, rather than just answering that he's the joker which is probably what most people would answer.

Because if you are then I can tell you but if you aren’t then he’s worked with Nightwing and Tim in multiple comics even recently. You can probably search up Red Hood and Nightwing or Red Hood and Tim Drake on RUclips and find some comics. Just respond if you want me to tell you the name of the comic of the first time they met.

I didn’t think so until they BOTH suddenly changed to same-day-as-print releases, but who knows if that just happened to all digital releases
@@dcauwatchtower Oh, yeah that’s a good point! I hope that’s the reason why. New DCAU content contradicting older stuff in big ways is one thing, but two currently running pieces of media contradicting each other and both claiming to be legitimate is another beast entirely IMO.
