First time hearing this song and seeing this video. The late Mr. Willie Neal Johnson and the Gospel Keynotes are one of my favorite Gospel Groups. Grew up listening to them on the radio while getting ready for church. Ma would get up early and cook breakfast and Sunday dinner and Daddy would shave and select the suit he would wear. Fond memories. May they all continue to rest in peace. 01/20/2024 ❤️

Charles was great and I learned falsetto by trying to sound like Paul Beasley and still can hit the high notes at 62. Thank you great GOSPEL QUARTETS

I 💖 many of the great Quartet Gospel Groups there are really no words to really say it clearly but that they were God sent, an thoroughly enjoyed even today, but Willie Neal Johnson & The Gospel Keynotes has to be my favorite since I was a little girl cause they didn't seem to mind loving, and worshipping the LORD and I have always enjoyed that about this group, and Mr. Willie Neal Johnson I truly love and enjoy when ever he sings, not another like him, his kind is truly hard to come close to in gospel music today, a gift that is truly missed in 2022. But thank God for videos that you can go back and enjoy these legends still today. Sing on brother Willie Neal Johnson, sang on, in heaven now forever hope to join you there one day. I can listen to them all day, and my soul, and life is blessed, that's how you know when you've been sent by God, because even after you are long gone from here on earth, what you did then is still blessing lives today in 2022, thank you LORD for these gifts you've placed in them Amen.

Boy, It don't get any better than this. Willie is in rare form and Charles voice is as clean and clear as you can get. I've said before that Paul was my man but Charles got him. Robert held it down after Charles but that Charles was something special!!!!!!!!!! Thank God for giving us the Keynotes! All of them!!!!!

Reginal Cullins : You so right Paul was the voice and Robert was best than Charles and the zNew Gospel Keynotes I is up there with Paul. I though that it was Paul and then, Robert but it's neither
Charles is good bit nothing like the original two.

    • @marjorieharris965

Anne Robinson Charles was before Paul and Robert, Charles was the best. Willie knew that, nest of all times.

    • @marvingreen7919

Actually Paul was first, he took off and joined the Mighty Clouds of Joy in 1979 and it broke Willie's heart. Charles came after and did a fine job but no one can really match Paul's sound, but Charles is no joke either. Robert was the third but he was not on the level with Charles or Paul. Paul returned and for a time both he and Robert was there at the same time. But it's really good that Willie spent his last days with his original and best line up (in my opinion anyway) - Paul, Jeffrey and Gino!
