The Buffalo stx is the best imo.. you could put mines, machine guns, armor plating, AND emani tech on it. Not to mention its insane speed/handling and durability against rockets. Oh and it has bulletproof windows as well. Perfect for solo grinders
The best armor car in the game for cheap is the kuruma, only downside is that it isnt affective in online sessions as people cam blow u up with a missile. But if you want a car that can survive missile shots then I would suggest the acid lab as it is a free buisness on wheels and can take upto 40 missile shots and it is decently fast. You can customize it too.
If you have an agency, go for the Virtue, you can get it for free if you complete the first and second dose missions ( like to 14 missions in total) The car is 12 rpgs resistant and the lock in jammer is an option fully upgraded.
I just found out some of the higher end SUVs and sedans have armored versions, they look cool but I don't know if it's worth it to buy. Nightshark is awesome tho I agree.
