I've gotten a new bike just about every year. Got a MT-07 last septemper, Sur Ron X last Feb, had a MT-09 in 2020-21, Tuono in 2018-2019 and so on and on. 12 bikes and counting so far.
After almost buying a CRF450RL and WR450F to convert, I'm glad I bought a YZ450FX. I did the lighting kit, antigravity battery, and put in the WR450F stator and have had no issues powering the lights and staying charged. Easy to plate in MN. Cheap insurance. A blast to ride. Plenty of power too. The detuned bikes would not have enough power stock IMO.
I’ll say it again EXC 500 it’s already street legal all you need is rims and for 600 bucks more you got 70 hp beast 240 pounds boom case closed but the 450 is definitely a good bike
The KTM 500 EXC-F stock only does 40.5 hp/ 28.6 lt-ft on the dyno: ruclips.net/video/ySLxPdrKP4o/видео.html My 2019 YZ450FX stock does 53.24 hp / 32.57 on the dyno. ruclips.net/video/AvWVbs_TFwI/видео.html For the KTM you have to remove the emissions bs just to get near the power of my YZ450FX and also you can't tune the power via app like you can on the YZ450FX, so you can essentially change it to a 250 for off-road riding if you want. Also, the KTM will require more frequent valve checks and adjustments unlike the Yammi.
Ktm is as far from reliable and quality you can get. Look up the maintenance for it and how often people have those in the shop. My buddy bought a new one and wishes he never did and is selling his.

You should do a 72v Surron upgrade, I just did and it accelerates so hard it makes your stomach feel like a rollercoaster drop. I still can’t believe you don’t like riding your Surron in the urban bigger city area you live in.
And it is a rarity, my bike is probably the only street legal YZ450FX supermoto on the market in the entire country. This is perfect for people that live in states where they cannot make dirt bikes street legal, mine has a regular Ohio street motorcycle title that can be transferred in most other states.

7k is a steal imo for what you're getting. I just know that if I got a supermoto I could never ever sell it. Hands down the Ducati Streetfighter V4 is better imo. It's such a beautiful hypernaked bike.

very effective from the data I've seen. Imo, it should be a legal requirement that all bikers wear one, it would prevent many neck and spinal injuries and deaths. Just look up the testimonials from people have crashed.
I just got into an accident on 9/2/23. A car cut in front of me sending me 20feet high....my icon one piece suit saved me.....and my helmet lol. But man the Air tech would've been even better....get one of them or both. It's a must
Nice but I trust Yamaha reliability better and the Yamaha is the only dirt bikes with a center fuel tank that keeps the weight low making it feel even lighter.

It’s not too late to make the right decision and buy a zh2 instead of a street fighter.. umma throw some numbers at you.. stock zh 171 whp.. stock fighter v4 190 whp.. tuned zh 240 whp making over 200 from 9k onwards.. tuned v4 200whp making 200 for all of its last 500rpm well below 200 for everything below 10k rpm.. zh2 costs 20k v4 costs damn near 30.. parts for the kawi and cheap.. parts for the duc costs an arm.. service for the kawi is cheap.. service for the duc like a 2nd mortgage..

Yamaha titanium valves don't move, bike starts up lighting fast. Only 88 hours. It is not a sport bike, I've never hard crashed this bike, only a couple lay downs which is nothing on a dirt bike.

How stable is the bike over 65? I have a dual sport and damn it sucks but I’m guessing the sm wheels and tires make a huge difference.

7k is a steal imo for what you're getting. I just know that if I got a supermoto I could never ever sell it. Hands down the Ducati Streetfighter V4 is better imo. It's such a beautiful hypernaked bike.

very effective from the data I've seen. Imo, it should be a legal requirement that all bikers wear one, it would prevent many neck and spinal injuries and deaths. Just look up the testimonials from people have crashed.

Nice but I trust Yamaha reliability better and the Yamaha is the only dirt bikes with a center fuel tank that keeps the weight low making it feel even lighter.

It’s not too late to make the right decision and buy a zh2 instead of a street fighter.. umma throw some numbers at you.. stock zh 171 whp.. stock fighter v4 190 whp.. tuned zh 240 whp making over 200 from 9k onwards.. tuned v4 200whp making 200 for all of its last 500rpm well below 200 for everything below 10k rpm.. zh2 costs 20k v4 costs damn near 30.. parts for the kawi and cheap.. parts for the duc costs an arm.. service for the kawi is cheap.. service for the duc like a 2nd mortgage..
But the zh2 is so ugly

Yamaha titanium valves don't move, bike starts up lighting fast. Only 88 hours. It is not a sport bike, I've never hard crashed this bike, only a couple lay downs which is nothing on a dirt bike.
