one of the pr people basically attacked users on twitter for criticizing the game among other things. the issue was the company at the time didn't know it was going on until it was too late so that lead to hate on the game. plus being that this game was an epic exclusive for so long made player retention just nonexistent

I love the Victorian era/steampunk setting. Her character is dope too. Like a ninja/monster slayer vibe.
It had cool graphics, and I applaud the developers for trying to take on such a MASSIVE project!
