Tahajud and.taraweh are the same prayer. In ramadhan we offer it early due to it being congregational prayer. One can leave witr and then pray further at home and finish it with witr. But we should avoid prayer after witr although some schlors allow it

If you already played 3 rakat witr after taraweeh, when you wake up for tahajjud, you should pray 1 rakat witr first. This will make your witr even (4 rakat). Then you offer tahajjud in 2-2 rakat as many as you want. After this, you pray 1 more rakat witr and it will make your witr odd (5 rakat). Witr should always be in odd and this should be the last salah before your offer fajr. This is told to me by another sheikh and I'm following this from past 20 years Alhamdulillah.

Dear Shaik Faizan, appreciate your observation related to question raised there. Think Sheik Hakeem' s response be more focussed on the basic question whether it is permissible to pray Tahajjud after the congregational taraweeh. As far as I have learned that "Witr' prayer is done as the last part of the night that is Sunnah. When that was the Sunnah, how this practice of praying Witr' alongwith Taraweeh came into being. Regret to disagree with the Noble Sheik but by virtue of the Saheeh Hadees , it is apparent that this current practice praying at one stretch Taraweeh and Witr' can be avoided. It is asad moment to point out that in Asian countries, the Witr' prayer is done similar to Magrib Salah which is altogether prohibited. Wish our beloved and respected Sheik AlAssim focus his answer on these two points.

    • @FahadAyaz
      @FahadAyaz 4 месяца назад

There's no maximum in the number of rakahs. At home (for both men and women) between 8 and 36 is from the sunnah. You can do as little or as much as you wish and follow it up with the witr prayer.

      You can do both:
1- Pray witr with imam then pray another rakaa (so instead of 3 it would be 4), go home and pray tahajjud (2x2) then pray witr
2- Pray witr with imam (3 rakaa), go home and pray tahajjud (2x2) without prayer a 2nd witr
The latter is better since if you do the 1st option after couple of days you may get evil eye because people say "oh he's gonna pray tahajjud", and Allah knows best.

And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so [i.e. become allies, as one united block under one Khalifah (a chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world) to make victorious Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism], there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism) and oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism). 8: 73
Why are we Muslims not talking about reestablishing the power and control Allah SWT give us from the beginning? The command is to unite under one Khalifah.
The number one concern on the minds of the Muslims is the tragedy in Gazza. The destruction in Gazza is worse than that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined. The Zionist Israelis are the modern day Amelak as they were a tribe from nation of the Israelites and their brutality in Gazza and West Bank is the evidence.
We have to listen to what Allah SWT is saying to us in the above verse and from the beginning.
"And Remember when your Lord said to the Angels, I am going place Khalifah on earth".... 2: 30
You see the UN which is controlled by USA, is dead body in the muddy water as every resolution passed by majority, is vetoed by USA. Which means we have to create a balance of power in the world by creating United League of Muslim Nations. Which is to reestablish the Caliphate because we are children of Adam, peace be upon him .
"United League of Muslim Nations" under one Khalifah will be a strictly defensive Force with a quick response to any threat to the Ummah of Islam.
And it is easy to do it. It will be the Council of Muftis, from which they will choose the Khalifah. Under the Khalifah will be a seat for a Mufti from every country in world with 100,000 plus Muslim population as Islam is for entire World. From every municipality we will choose a representative till we have the Council of Muftis for that country with a Grand Mufti of that country to sit in the Council of Muftis under the Khalifah. All communication can be done remotely with everyone working from home. Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the "ULMN" will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "ULMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis. The four letters "ULMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. But we have to be the Nation of Al Muttaqun for Allah SWT is saying now:
"You are the Best of People ever raised up for Mankind, enjoying what is Good, forbidding what is evil and believing in Allah SWT" .... Quran 3: 110
Then how can we go wrong when the fear of "ULMN" will overwhelm the hearts of our enemies?
That is what Islam is and we are Muslims to resolve every matter in a Peaceful manner, Insha Allah. Alhamdu Lillah.
If no one is willing to act as the acting Khalifah, I will be the acting Khalifah till one is chosen and sincerely invite all Muslims to join me in this effort, for if we fail but we will never fail, we will still get one Hashanah for our intentions, Insha Allah

So you are killing two birds with one stone. Witr is to be prayed after all your night prayers are completed (like tying a knot).

@what's this quote meaning? It doesn't mentioning anything. But there are hadiths of Prophet prayed taraweeh solo and in congregation. But he didn't continued praying in congregation because he feared that Allah may command tarweeh as a fard.So he prayed like 4 days congregation and then started praying in his house.

Still people don't know the meaning of each Islamic word.
Tarawih Tahhajjud and Qiyam El Layl is the same things.
During ramadan we call it tarawih.
When you wake up in the middle of the night Qiyam El Layl.
Tahhajjud when you didn't sleep and you decide to make Tahhajjud.
It's the same things!!! In others videos sheikh gave the answer I share with you.

I often skip Witr from after Taraweeh when intending to wake up again for more in the night, ensuring Witr is last and is only done once in the night.
Like Sheikh said, easier option is to do with others. In this way, you don't risk missing it if you don't wake up in the night.

He used to pray four rak`at ---- let alone their beauty and length----and then he would pray four ----let alone their beauty and length ---- and then he would pray three rak`at (witr)." @Disbelievers-_-AreInHELL it's qiam ul layal it's worded differently because it's prayed in congregation in the mosque. The word taraweeh is a made up word, it doesn't matter what one calls it, it's still 8 rakahs plus 3 witr sunnah of the Prophet PBUH (minimum). My question is about the dua before tahajud? If one prays Isha 4 rakah fard 2 sunnah then 8 taraweeh at home can one postpone the witr to pray it after tahajud in the last third part of the night. Does one recite the tahajud dua before praying in the third last of the night?
